They were very attentive to my needs and concerns. Special thanks to Connor McGrath, whom I met a year ago when I first went there. Even though I didn't make a purchase then, immediately I contacted them, he got on my request immediately, was very responsive and patiently explained everything I needed for my purchase. Would definitely recommend Motorpoint for your car needs.

I ordered and bought car on same day. Got a fair price for my trade it. Staff were very helpful.

Lewis was very helpful in helping me get my car. He never once pressured me into anything and was always polite and friendly. Lewis gets the full 5 stars, give the lad a pay rise!

I bought a care from Motorpoint back at the start of April. To say I had a great experience would be an understatement. Steven Kelly helped assist me from start to finish. Allowing me to look at all the vehicles, see what my needs were etc. it was just a very pleasant and easy experience. I bought a car the following day and have been really enjoying driving it since. Staff are friendly, no high pressure, very organised. I bought an electric EV and they were able to answer all my questions for me including on battery health.

I got the car I wanted . It was in lovely condition Dylan was very helpful .
Down side I was promised there be some charge in battery's it was not charged . After charging it my car came up folts and now has go in 2/3 day update on software. At VW Garage They can't give a replacement car untill June. I can't hang on that long so booked in in on 25 may no replacement car

The service I received from Motorpoint Edinburgh was great. All my questions were answered, nothing was too much trouble and every step of the process was explained clearly. The communication was good and I got a great car at a great price.

Fantastic company selling quality cars at fair prices. Website provides comprehensive information and as many online processing possibilities as any customer would require. Also had an excellent experience in the showroom with the consultant (Dylan) who could not have been more helpful or professional. Thoroughly recommend starting with Motorpoint when looking for a car.

The whole process from going on line picking my car,and getting my part exchange valuation was easy,then when we went to pickup my car, Connor was very helpful ,gave us the keys to check my new car and made sure we were happy with it,before going to check my trade in,not to mention the price ,I checked online and could not find the same car for the price anywhere. Over all great service and great staff. Definitely a bonus fir the company.

I just have had the best experience from the start to end. I reserved a car but ended up buying a better 1 . Im happy with price of my new car plus very happy for the price offered for my car.

Simple process

I’ve used Motorpoint before so had an expectation of what was coming. It’s a no frills handover but having achieved a saving of around £2500 on every other dealer, that’s not an issue. In and out in about 20 minutes. Efficient, polite service.

Sanjay explained everything clearly and was very patient in taking us through each step of the purchase.
