Motorpoint - Derby Recensioni 

After being bombarded with text and emails to collect the car we went to collect it and it wasn’t ready. With promises of phone calls from the company nothing happened. The staff in Derby were not helpful at all in the end I cancelled my car. BEWARE YOU ARE NOT A CUSTOMER YOU ARE A NUMBER

Geoff was the guy I dealt with mainly, he was very professional, explained everything in a friendly manner, non pushy, great communication from looking at cars to completing the purchase , even after the sale, iv had follow up messages , excellent 👍 👏

Quick, easy car buying process!!, left alone to look around the car at my leisure without pressure. Worked out a good deal for me, simple process and great service as well to top it off!!

Excellent service from Derby motorpoint. The lovely young lady who dealt with me Chloe was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with all aspects of my new car.Chloe was so nice and could not do enough to help me. Chloe is a real asset to motorpoint and I have used motorpoint for my last 4 cars mainly using the Sheffield branch,but Chloe and the Derby branch are fantastic and a real pleasure to deal with. Chloe deserves a bonus.10 out of 10 will highly recommend motorpoint to friends and family.

The only reason for not scoring Motorpoint 5 out of 5 was a small chip on windscreen which was refused to repair due to "too small and insignificant" to repair & now I have to sort it out myself 👎

Excellent customer service from Graham Braithwaite from start to finish.

Initial contact and information great. Once home with car found owners manual and service log missing and to be honest only one member of staff seemed interested enough to try to help. Called in to sales room and staff there made it plainly obvious that he could be bothered.

Have purchased 4 or 5 car for our family over 20 years or so and not been disappointed.

Staff as always super kind and friendly and willing to sit and make sure everything goes smoothly. Service as always was great. Corey really made the experience as easy as possible willing to go the extra mile, nothing was too much for him. Fantastic person, all other staff were very polite and accommodating also.
