Not pushy, very helpful when needed, answered all questions when asked.Highly recommend.

Our initial experience was really good.As expected great sales talk.
We purchased our car and was told they guarenteed that it was the cheapest price.
When we found a car... same model,colour,mileage but £800 cheaper they said that it didn't count because that car was a few months newer!!! Than ours it doesn't count.Not really what we're were told and definitely not as good as it was sold to us.What a shame as we live our car

The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He talked me through the process making sure I understood everything. The only thing that let things down was the fact the vehicle was not ready at the agreed appointment time. However the overall experience was excellent.

Sold a car at Coventry branch, they give the highest valuation at over £2K more than the lowest one from a competitor. They knocked £100 off the valuation for a split rubber spoiler under the front bumper which was very fair. Payment was instant and the whole transaction was pretty seamless.

Great experience. Hawdung at the Coventry branch was friendly and let us take our time viewing the vehicle and wasn’t pushy. Would definitely recommend, customer service was 100%
