The experience was great, overall. I wanted to pay partly with my credit card and this became problematic and one that could not be solved, on the day. Luckily, I had back up. If there had been a card reader available, I don't think this would have been a problem.
Customer service was excellent. I was taken care of by the lovely, Maddison who was patience personified!

Buying Vauxhall Mokka EV Ultimate
I was after changing my MG4 EV Trophy to another EV and saw this Vauxhall Mokka EV Ultimate on Motorpoint website and spoke to Naz regarding part exchanging my car. I was given a very reasonable price so I paid a visit Motorpoint Chingford and was greeted by Vash who let me look around the car at my hearts content and then took me for a test drive. I was very pleased everything especially with Vash who was a gentleman and we agreed to come back for the PX and alomolies were sorted and after fairly long wait due short of staff we exchanged keys and away I went very happy bunny and so far I still am. Functions are different which I'll get used to in time. All in all excellent service by Motorpoint Chingford.
