Audi A3 factory order.

Great service from start to finish. Ordered Audi A3 S-Line with tech pack pro. Was kept informed every step of the way. Car was delivered to me this morning on a trailer & saved myself £7,500 on list price. Loving my new car. Thanks to the team at Motorfinity!

Moving back from overseas posting makes…

Moving back from overseas posting makes life tricky... one of these things is having a car lined up and ready for your return. Motorfinity have been a delight to work with and could not be beaten on price for my choice of a Lexus LBX. They kept me updated throughout the process and I am now back in the UK and happily driving around in my new car. Thanks to the Motorfinity Team!

Renault Megan purchase

My experience with the staff and service at Motorfinity has been very positive. From the initial ordering process right through to Lucy Smith in the delivery team. Although my order was delayed (not the fault of Motorfinity) I received regular updates from Lucy as she guided me through the delivery process. Thank you to all the staff... but especially Lucy!

This is the third time I have bought a…

This is the third time I have bought a new car from Motorfinity. One each occasion the service has been amazing. From starting off with Brady on the order to Fiona on the delivery team every step has been incredibly professional and easy.

This is my first car I have bought from…

This is my first car I have bought from Motorfinity with my Blue Light Card.
I am so impressed from an initial discussion with Luke and placing an order, and to Kit who got me a great service plan deal, then to Lucy on the delivery team.
I received my Lexus today from a lovely delivery guy who was polite and friendly.
I am beyond grateful to Motorfinity thank you. ☺️

Very helpful and all very smooth

Very helpful and all very smooth. We are very cautious, especially as buying a car remotely. We did our background checks- checking with dealer, FCA etc..and Motorfinity were patient with us, and all was great! Excellent customer relations.

This is the second vehicle I've…

This is the second vehicle I've purchased through Motorfinity and on both occasions it's been seamless and a pleasure - I just can't find any fault from beginning to end and it's so much better than dealing with a manufacturer dealership and the inevitable hard sell etc. The discounted price is fabulous and delivered to the door - you could buy the car and not leave the house until delivery !!! Happy to recommend and give 5 stars and a big shout out to Lucy Smith in the delivery team as well as Kitt and Olivia.

First time that I have dealt with…

First time that I have dealt with Motorfinity, can't fault the service. I ordered my new vauxhall in September 25 then had to wait due to Vauxhall. Brady and Katie have been awesome, constantly on to Vauxhall for updates. Kept me advised as to the position of my order, then pushed for delivery as soon as it reached the dealer. Car arrived safely yesterday on a nice shiny new 26 plate. Would I recommend Motorfinity? Of course I would, no brainer. No doubts. Katie/Brady are a credit to the company. Thank you

Positive experience gone bad

All started positively, can't fault the responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff initially with the purchase of our Rav4. Delivery was smooth and all seemed fine, till we received the v5c in the post and since then it has all gone downhill - the dealership had registered the car under the wrong person! No problem I was told - it would be amended without it affecting registered keeper numbers. Fast forward 5 months with numerous emails, long time spent on hold to DVLA, a formal complaint submitted (and closed prematurely), the issue still remains unresolved, and there doesn't seem to be the appetite to get it resolved either. Not happy and will be escalating this further.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review.
Motorfinity acknowledge how disheartening this whole situation is and how it has really dampened the new car buying experience for you. This is something Motorfinity do not want for a customer buying a new car with us.
As much as we are not shifting blame or responsibility to another party we must indicate to be completely transparent that this was a third-party error and that the company who made the error have accepted liability in this matter.
Motorfinity responded to your complaint and explained in depth what had happened and why it had happened. Within our complaint response we advised that we had written to the DVLA to ask them to give you a resolution as we would not personally have been able to change the V5C details. We indicated that even though we took the decision to close the complaint we would be monitoring the situation to ensure that you had been given a resolution by DVLA and that as much as the complaint status would be closed from our perspective we would not leave you without an end result from said third party.
You have since received communications from the DVLA advising that they accepted liability and that this was a genuine error, albeit with severe implications. They also explained that regrettably, they could not amend the keeper details without putting another owner on the car.
Further to this the manager of your dealer contacted you swiftly on the back of the DVLA response to advise that contrary to what is expected the value of the car is unlikely to be affected on resale even with two keepers should you choose to proceed with the V5C document being changed to reflect relevant ownership. He also made an offer to buy back the vehicle which you politely declined.
Once again we totally understand your position and how blemished your experience has been due to a small error leading to larger consequences. We apologise for the inconvenience of this situation and are on hand for anything you may need in respect of this.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Motorfinity. I provided a specific time that suited me for a call, but they didn’t ring at the suggested time — which makes you wonder what the point is of asking in the first place.

When I was finally able to take the call, Luke Chambers was rude and came across as quite condescending. He didn’t seem genuinely interested in helping me find a deal, particularly because I hadn’t yet test-driven a vehicle. I asked for quotes on three different vehicles, which he appeared reluctant to provide (not sure how that’s supposed to lead to a sale). When he eventually did provided a couple, they were no cheaper than the prices I’d already been offered by my local dealerships.

Overall, a poor customer experience from start to finish. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to look beyond the five-star reviews before deciding to engage.

Motorfinity endeavour to contact all customers in line with the availability options indicated by each customer. That said, it may not always be possible to contact customers at the exact times requested. The comments you have made relating to customer contact have been taken seriously. From our review we can see that Luke did engage with you in what we would consider to be a timely manner, although we are continually reviewing our processes to ensure we adhere to customer contact preferences as closely as possible.

Following your review we also looked into the experience and interactions you had. Luke was keen to highlight that having an idea of the vehicle you may wish to purchase can help guide the quotation process. However, if his tone came across as anything other than professional during this conversation, we apologise for that impression.

You also mentioned the point raised regarding test driving. Motorfinity do encourage customers to test drive vehicles as purchasing a car is a significant decision, but we always aim to support customers by discussing specifications, pricing and available options regardless of whether they have seen or driven the vehicle beforehand.

We understand your comments regarding the interaction and appreciate the feedback. From our review we can see that Luke did provide quotations and took time to present a number of vehicle options. Luke is one of our more experienced advisors and generally builds strong rapport with his customers, so your feedback was surprising to us. That said, we always take customer comments seriously and will continue to review our approach to ensure we deliver the high standard of service our customers expect.

Motorfinity have our customers at the heart of what we do, and we aim to be competitive with the products we offer while remaining transparent about pricing. As a company we work hard to secure significant discounts on brand new cars, however we may not always be able to beat prices offered by other dealers.
