Good products but delivery cost for small items is excessive

Thank you for your feedback and we can appreciate your comments. This is a difficult issue, low value items still need to arrive on time and safely, for this reason we use DPD as a dedicated courier, which in our view offer the best value and service for our customers. Unfortunately this has a cost and with low value shipments we need to charge otherwise we would make a loss on the transaction. We have used royal mail in the past, but their standard service is unreliable and we had numerous parcels that went missing.

Initially order was delayed but e-mail to company was replied to in less than an hour and gas strut was with me the next day.
Product very good and full marks (plus a bit!) for customer service. Will definitely be using this company again.
