This drink made me feel better when recovering from flu within half an hour or so. It is very refreshing with the soda water and is as good as I'd hoped having not been impressed with zero alcohol gin or prosecco.

Thank you so much for super speedy delivery with well considered packaging and Wowsers I love the drink … have recommended to three teetotallers but I’m honestly planning how I can sneak it into restaurants over Christmas to reduce my alcohol intake 10/10 would highly recommend and then some 🥰

Unfortunately the packaging I received my bottle in was not fit for purpose and my bottle fell out and smashed on the floor. I reported this immediately to the support team and I received an immediate response and promise of areplacement.. I look forward to receiving my bottle

My parcel was shipped efficiently by Mother Root and EVRI confirmed they had it but it never arrived at my house. MR replaced my order and sent via Royal Mail which I did receive. Excellent customer service by MR for their amazing product.

Sadly I am dissapointed with this product. It reminds me of real ginger beer grown of a root at home! I have heart burn and indigestion after 25mls with tonic. I am not convinced the free measure iscreally worth £19!!
Shame I have been so excited with the hype. Not for me.

I became concerned about the long delay of my delivery following an email that the order had been despatched and sent an email. It was very quickly answered by Sophie, who explained to me that the post office was very busy following Black Friday and that my delivery cost was being refunded. However, shortly afterwards I learned that there was movement in the delivery system and I received my parcel today. It is very well packaged and arrived intact.

Would have given it 5 stars save for the delivery problem, which it seems many have had , I know it’s young company but delivery will put people off like me, as will now look for a better means of purchase . Now the product I absolutely love it & don’t find a strong ACV taste, this suits me as love fiery taste & ginger , not sweet which I also like & the ingredients are good for you. Hot with just a slice of lemon in the morning is a good wake up as good as a shot. So far have only tried with feavertree light tonic in the evening also very tasty . I have not given up alcohol nor will I but this is a great alternative & better for you. But if you are not a ginger lover it’s not for you . It will always be in my cupboard . Wish it was a little less expensive will have to watch for offers

Sounds a great idea but sadly the apple cider vinegar just swamps the drink and It causes me terrible indigestion and burning in my stomach so its not agreed with me.
I drink and use ginger all the time but disappointed ginger didnt overpower the vinegar, vinegar was so powerful.
Expensive for a trial product as wont be using

Unfortunately only one of two bottles purchased was delivered. However a rapid response and promise of second bottle was satisfactory.
Always impressive when a problem is addressed promptly.

My email was replied to really quickly with an apology. I was informed that my missing order would be sent again at no extra cost. Very impressed by the customer service.

I would happily give this product a five-star rating. For me, it truly captures the qualities of an alcoholic beverage, and the overall experience is excellent. I can see that the ingredients and craftsmanship are high quality, but I still struggle with the price point. Even purchasing one bottle a month at £27 feels quite expensive, especially considering it’s essentially ginger, honey, and cider vinegar. I believe you could attract many more customers if the price were brought down.

I have based my one star review on the outrageous cost of this product. It is being marketed endlessly at women as a sexy substitute for wine. It’s a soft drink, for goodness sake!
I have since found a recipe online and have made my own version at home. It’s delicious, you can increase/ decrease the cider vinegar or ginger to taste and it’s absolutely simple to make.

My delivery by Evri was delayed/lost, so I contacted Mother Root and Mandi sent me out a replacement bottle immediately. The drink is delicious, well worth the wait. I will be ordering this again.

Emailed them when my discount code would not work. Mandi got back to me very quickly with a new discount code that did work. Great service and delicious product.

Sophie responded to my email quickly and resolved the problem straightaway. I’ve now received my order and I’m looking forward to trying it this evening.

Wow an amazing product, such great taste for a non alcohol drinker. The service was second to none, had a very small problem which was sorted by Sophie very quickly. Will be ordering again once I run out of these 3 bottles 😊

Unfortunately my Mother Root delivery was not delivered to my address. The photo of delivery was not mo nor my door.
I contacted customer service Renet at Mother Root immediately and was assured of attention asap.
Although I am yet to receive replacement Mother Root product Renet’s prompt and efficient response was much appreciated.
