These cups are amazing - they keep hot drinks steaming hot for 3/4 hours. Highly recommend!

Delighted with this cup. Quick delivery, keeps coffee piping hot!

Very disappointed in the travel mug. It’s very expensive and every time I use it, it leaks everywhere even though the lid is on tight. You also have to hand wash them which is fine but the water doesn’t drain from the lid so when you go to close the cup there’s water running down the cup even though it was draining all night. I also contacted customer service as my order was delayed and the shipping company contacted me. The wrong address had been put on the box. I’m still waiting for a reply. Wouldn’t recommend this product.

I am very sad to write this review as seeing nearly 5* from other reviewers I was hoping that I also will contribute to that score, but unfortunately I am very disappointed with the product and the customer service. The mug somehow is gathering some liquid between the seal and the edge of the mug even though is screwed very tide and every time I drink from it, some of the liquid ends up on my blouse which is very annoying as it destroyed so many of my cloths. Overall the cap is designed so strange that when you wash it and won't leave it to drain for couple of hours, the water will stay there and you literally have to shake the cap to get water out of it completely.
I got the mug as a Christmas present and couldn't directly reply to them via email that I would have received if I'd bought it by myself, so I wrote to them via their web page using "contact us" tab complaining about the product and got no reply at all and that was few months ago. So it seems to me that they are so successful at the moment , that they stopped to care about unsatisfied customers. For such an expensive mug I would expect something more from them.

The plastic straw deformed when I rinsed the bottle with boiling water for hygiene reasons. This shouldn't happen with a relatively expensive product, and does not happen with any of the other straw bottle we have.

I am so impressed at how the cup keeps the liquid so warm…unfortunately after a few uses & whilst driving, the liquid is escaping/leaking despite the cup lid being really secure. This definitely limits my use of the cup now as it’s not worth the drips & messy clothes

Lovely looking products - I purchased 2 children’s bottles, however, one of the straws cracked with very little pressure, when I was reattaching it after washing it. I got in touch with customer service and they said that they would send on a replacement straw at some stage.

Overall really happy with my mother coffee cup. Very stylish attractive design. Love the click button feature to ensure no spillages. Only observation is the shape of the top of the cup seems to have changed slightly so when lid screwed on not completely flush with base but that said doesn’t affect cups ability to retain heat, leak etc.
