This stuff is amazing! So glad they opened up a store in Cwmbran. Cruelty free and vegan, surprisingly difficult combo to find. They are pricier than usual stuff, but it feels and smells like luxury and I'm happy to spend a bit more to be cruelty free.

Very very dissatisfied.... started off good with trade department as I am in the process of buying a retail premises for my new Handmade toilettries business but after several emails to the trade department asking ...
1. Where my promised samples are, after several weeks
2. Where my 2 essential oils which I paid for weeks ago (which they informed me were out of stock and coming from France which I was originally happy to wait for but last week saw their eBay store shows stock "new in from France" for the same oils)
3. Waiting for their response to my major disappointment on their Christmas Spice fragrance which I ordered 4 bottles and it really is horrid (not just my opinion but 4 of my contacts agreed)
So, several emails ignored to their trade department, the last one being a week ago but still no response so I thought I would use their web form to raise my concerns, which I sent over 2 days ago and you guessed it .... I've been ignored again. A shame as I've bought many things from them in the past on ebay and always been happy with the service and products and I thought dealing direct would be the perfect introduction to a future business relationship. It seems not the case. So, I have given up and just want my money back, Small claims court here we come ...

As always, the lavender essential oil is good value,and delivery prompt.

Ordered early October and emailed company on 13th when I hadn't received my order. They replied advising to contact them if not received by 14th October. I emailed again advising not received and since have had no reply. PayPal dispute raised for a refund. Definitely do not recommend. It appears many of the reviews are in relation to customers never receiving the items they have paid for.

I've bought my essential oils from MNG for years now and I'm glad I stick with this company as the product is always perfect. The oils themselves are top quality, so fresh and long lasting, and the dropper attached to the bottle provides you the perfect amount. I wouldn't be without my oils from here, thanks for providing a great product, communication, and service.

Excellent company to buy essential oils from. Great variety of essences and value for money. I will be buying from them again.

Love these fragrance oils for my diffuser & the room sprays are great… variety of aromas which are so good and the lavender is my favourite… like being in a field of them… very happy with these purchases and delivery is always fast !

I ordered a bottle of oil from them on Ebay. The very next day, they sent me a confirmation with an invoice of royal mail. But 10 days time I hadn't received the item so I reported that it hadn't been delivered yet. They soon replied with their apologies and let me know that they would send another one with 1st class indicating which day it would be delivered. Even the second item didn't arrived several days time. (That was not their fault. Royal mail was taking longer than what we expected. ) So they made a decision to refund me. Very next day was a weekend. On Sunday, the 1st item and 2nd were delivered. The money for refund had been proceeded by Monday morning... There were a few issues including my misunderstanding.

I just appreciated that they kept me informed letting me know what was happening and did everything to solve the issues. They didn't ignore any of my messages. Considering they paid both postage and refund, I offered to pay for both of items I received. But they didn't take it. They charged me only what I ordered. I was impressed with their service and the way how to deal with their customers. I am very pleased to do business with them.

Excellent shop, owner was really helpful and encouraged me to try ordering my soaping essential oils wholesale from Nature's Goodies. I wasn't disappointed- I just got 500ml Lavender cheaper than current supplier and am about to order more.

I bought the labour oil blend which smells amazing. I haven't gone into labour yet so can't vouch for it's effectiveness but I'm finding it very relaxing and uplifting in the meantime.
Delivery was very speedy too.

Although it took a while for the order to arrive (not by any fault of the company) the staff was super helpful and quick to respond to my emails. There was a delivery issue from the supplier, as far as I understood, leading to a delay in Mother Natures Goodies deliveries. Since I didnt consider my order a priority, I never requested it to be sent to me as soon as they had new stocks, so the delay in delivery is on my side here. I appreciated that all customers who ordered Neem oil were asked to notify them if it was urgent, to "fast track" their order, which is very considerate.
Sadly the product didnt end up solving my problem, but it was a shot in the dark anyway. If I need anything else for my plants (or other products they supply), I will definitely order from Mother Natures Goodies again!

I have brought from Mother Natures Goodies a few times in the last year and their essential oils are amazing. Had delivery issue, this time round but the lovely person sorted it out very quickly and was really responsive and I have received my items safely 😊 Will return to the shop again!!!

Although I’ve had to wait a few months for my product to be available and eventually be sent out I cannot thank josh enough! He’s been amazing so helpful and informative to when it should be in and so apologetic when it hasn’t been in! Absolutely amazing staff!

A couple of days before I wrote a review that I have to update regarding the Mother Nature Goodies. After my review on trust pilot I was immediately contacted and refunded the money of my purchase without returning my items. It was a kind gesture from the staff after explaining to me that their service is effected from the pandemic. I'm giving 3 starts for the moment because I would like to give a second try with another order before I decide to give more feedback and stars. Appreciated their kindness.

Always use Mother Nature Goodies for my essential oil and wax purchases for my candles! The team have been amazing throughout the pandemic and customer service is amazing throughout everything. Unfortunately haven't received my latest order yet due to courriers and the "pingdemic" but I know this will arrive soon and can not wait to get back to making candles!

My order was placed in June and I received in Augoust
