delivery is a lot slower was a bit disappointed

A total waste of space. Lies and more lies. Told me many times my order had been sent, but in reality they didn’t send it and had no intention of doing so

So dissatisfied with the way been dealt with, I have sent a letter,sent 2 emails phoned numerous times no response this company has taken over 44 pounds from e for order with no products and no response. I have been happy over the years yet there seem to be a change in staff over the phone several years ago then a decline in product and response. Really really sad.lorraine.

We visited the store in Abergavenny on Tuesday afternoon (25/1). We only popped in for a mooch but left with three different products, in part because of the really lovely lady working at the time. She really knew her stuff on the products and was friendly and funny. The soaps and shampoos are amazing in their own right but she really sold them.

(Just wanted to wax lyrical briefly on here in case we don’t make it back to sing outside the shop).

Ordered items on 9 Jan 22, still do not have items at the 28 Jan 22. Contacted them to enquire if items had been shipped, was advised “ We are so sorry for the delays over Christmas and up until recently, but you can rest assured that going forwards, all orders via the website will be treated as a priority. We are currently re-structuring to only focus on website orders and the retail shops.This will increase our service, bring you new products fasters and enable you to reach us quicker than ever.”

Contacted again as still no items, this time advised there may be a delay with Royal Mail , but if I did not receive the items in a couple of days, I should contact them & they will resend 1st class. Contacted them to advise items not received, now they do not respond to any emails I send the.

Unfortunately no option but to open dispute via PayPal to get my money back as this company do not respond to my emails.

Update from PayPal 07 Feb 2022, Case closed in my favour, refund processed. I would suggest if you paid by PayPal & did not receive your goods, open a case, very simple & straightforward.

Unfortunately I do not recommend buying from this company!

Regularly buy my essential oils from this online store. Very reasonable price and high quality. Always smells so good in my 🛀 . Currently using the cypress essential oil as a rub for my varicose vein, definitely improving.

Have not received any product, 6 weeks since ordering, no tracking number provided.

1 litre of lavender oil well received.
I was looking forward to receiving it as I love that product and use it frequently to scent my bed linen every morning.
Delays was experienced from the time I ordered which did not come as a surprise with the Covid crisis and subsequent shortages but I was emailed twice with apologies for the delay which was polite and professional. .
Overall very happy with my order as usual.

My original order wasn't pulled through in the system and the order status didn't change for a week until I emailed to chase. I was told that it was being sent out with next day delivery, but it is now more than a week after it was supposedly sent and I have not received it. I have tried to contact them several times to confirm the send method and let them know it has not been received, but I am getting no response. Have also had issues in the past, so on this basis I will not buy from again

I've still not received an order I placed on 9 November, despite two more recent emails to say it would be sent next day delivery. I'm very disappointed because I've enjoyed products from this company for years. Still waiting for a refund.

On October 26th I placed an order (#8921) same as November 18th (#9033) and I’ve just placed one 4 days ago (#9060). I have yet to receive any dispatch emails from yourselves regarding any of the orders. I’ve sent two emails one to the one you provide on the website and one to the one you give people on here in your feedback to someone called James. However that isn’t a legitimate email and mine just bounce back. The telephone number on your site also doesn’t work it’s never on anytime day or night.

If I could give you a minus score I would your customer service is deplorable. Giving an incorrect email does not let you off the hook. I will be contacting Blaenau Gwent trading standards.

VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered two bottles of 20ml Four Thieves Essential oil blend.

However, Mother Nature’s Goodies (MNG) only sent me two bottles of 10ml Four Thieves Essential oil blend.

On Sunday 14 November, I emailed the seller and requested that the remaining items be dispatched and delivered to my home address.

I have waited a total of 4 business days and the seller has not responded to me, nor has the seller sent me the remaining items from this order.

I also paid for first class royal mail delivery, but the seller sent the first batch of items using royal mail 48 delivery which is definitely not the same delivery method type as first class royal mail.

Therefore I have opened a paypal dispute issue for this disappointing experience and I am now waiting for my payment refund for the missing quantity of essential oil and refund for the incorrect postage method which they used to send me my items.

Order placed early Oct 2021, never received. Emailed MNG about this, asked for refund if goods unavailable. They replied sorry, sending order out...As of today, 17 Nov.2021, still no delivery, no update from Royal Mail when due. I've let MNG know I have had no goods, no refund showing on recent bank statement. Had no response from them, so am unsubscribing from their website.

Placed an order but haven't received anything. Have tried phoning at least 10 times at various times of the recorded opening times (no one picks up), have tried emails but no response and have tried contacting them through the website with no response. I've run out of ways to contact them so going to have to dispute the payment.

Being ignore by the customer service, placed an order 11 days ago , order hasn't arrived , and being ignored when asked my money back. I will not recommend this company to anyone . Poor customer service and poor business practices .
