Kate was introduced by a friend. Her knowledge and friendly approach just made the house buying process less stressful. Kate is very dedicated and went above and beyond. She even rang me whilst on holiday and gave me an important advice about the house I was interested which later on was the house we bought. Highly recommended! Worth every penny.

Kate made the process of buying our first home straight forward and easy for us, being ftb we were a bit in the dark but nothing was too much trouble and Kate was always at the end of the phone to talk things through or just for that extra support.
