Myself and my family are very grateful for Fourcolums professional advice and help towards our first home. I cannot appreciate them enough. They were there from the beginning to the end of the mortgage process. I highly recommend them for anyone who need mortgage advice.
Our hope of buying a new house was completely dashed after 8 months of rejection from several high street lenders and we were at the verge of becoming homeless less than 2 months! However, just as we were about to give up, we were referred to Fourcolumns Mortgages. And in spite of it being a tall order, Michael deployed his impeccable expertise for a quick turnaround leading to a mortgage in principle from a reputable lender within 48hrs and he eventually clutched a fantastic mortgage offer for us in a record time of 3 weeks thereby saving the day! For this massive help, my family and I are grateful to all the staff of Fourcolumns Mortgages for a great customer service experience, especially Michael who went the extra mile in a highly professional manner. The company is good at what they do.
We started our journey with a particular lender which dragged on and on to say the least, until they didnt give us the news we wanted. I felt at that time that our only option was to pull out of the offer, but somehow Michael managed to pull a miracle from our current lender and hooray we got the loan approved!

Thanks to Fourcolums Mortgages & Finance Limited for making me realize my dream of having my own house . My bank seeing my cash balance and monthly inflow invited me to apply for a housing loan. This I did but they refuse to grant my request stating that my working contract can not guarantte that i can afford to repay the loan. However when i conctacted Fourcolums they not only search for other banks and mortgage institutions but gave me professional advise but guided me in securing a bank that approved my loan request. My special regards to one of their consultants Mr Michael Ereyemi who gave me encouragement when i needed it most.
