I can't recommend them enough! Kevin has been so helpful from start to finish and had given us so much guidance throughout the process. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble (including replying to my emails late on the 23rd December!). It really felt like Kevin was always on hand for any questions or issues we had.

We recently relocated to Scotland and stumbled across MortgageIt when recommended by the agent for a house we viewed. Prior to finding Kevin we had been using a mortgage broker based in England who didn't quite grasp the Scottish market and system. Kevin was fantastic. He responded quickly, was approachable, friendly, and gave good honest advice. All appointments were conducted remotely meaning we didn't have to travel, this gave much more flexibility on arranging meetings. He reviewed our personal financial situation and was realistic and sensible regarding advice about affordability. He has access to a large number of providers which meant it was easy to find one that fitted our individual requirements. He also provided advice on life insurance and income protection, even offering opinion about sensible offers for houses we were interested in buying (which I'm sure helped us secure our property). If you are looking for professional and honest advice I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kevin and MortgageIT and will definitely go back to him when the time comes to re-mortgage.
