Hugely disappointing flowers & service!
A friend from Mallorca ordered flowers via Amazon for delivery on my birthday - Saturday 20th July. However, they were not delivered to my address on this date. On Sunday 21st July as I was passing my neighbours house I saw a flower box deposited outside their front door. The address was correctly labelled but had been delivered to the wrong address by the courier DPD who had made no attempt to deliver to me. The flowers, having been left out all day and night, were in a very poor state and either drooping or completely withered. Despite me putting them in water they did not "perk" up at all. I rang the company on Sunday and left all my details on their message service asking them to contact me about the issue. I also told them I had taken numerous photos of how discraceful the flowers were which I was more than happy to send them. Four days later I am still waiting for someone to get in touch with me. Pretty appaling customer service for a company that state on their website "7 day Freshness Guarantee". Also the image my friend sent me of the flowers I should have recieved looked nothing like the reality of what I did receive. Hugely disappointed especially when a friend has gone to the trouble and expense of thinking they have sent me a lovely present!

UPDATE: Flowers delivered to a neighbour apparently today. 2 days late. No apology for being late. I believe the postage should be refunded as Mother’s Day has been and gone.
Ordered flowers for 9th March for Mother’s Day. Didn’t turn up on the 9th or 10th so no idea where they are. Charged for priority tracking which is a joke as no tracking number received after receiving my receipt. Can’t believe they’re still advertising Mother’s Day flowers when clearly they are behind on orders. My mothers on her own so very disappointing as I’m miles away.

Do not use this company!!!
Ordered flowers for a special birthday. Problem 1 - Received message from DPD @ 6.15am to say issue with delivery- would be a day late. So much for Morning Flowers stating they use 'priority service' for delivery. If the flowers actually arrive it'll be too late as the occasion has passed.
Problem 2 - Have emailed Morning Flowers re the issue - apart from automated 'we have received your message......' NO RESPONSE
Problem 3 - completed the ' contact us' form online on website - NO RESPONSE
Problem 4 - have phoned 2 different numbers to try & speak with someone. NO ANSWER.
Customer service, if it actually exists is abysmal.
They take your money and you get nothing in return. Disgraceful service all round.

My client sent me flowers from this company but when i opened the box 3 heads were cut off the stem even though the box was in good condition.
I contacted Morning Flowers and they responded immediately stating they would send me another bouquet. The did indeed send me another bouquet which is absolutely beautiful. Very pleased with how this company handled this.
fantastic fresh flowers
I received some flowers off a friend today from Morning Flowers. They are the best fresh flowers I have ever received & they were also really packed well so they didn’t get damaged. A great deal of care was taken to make sure they arrived in one piece. There was even a piece of damp tissue wrapped around the bottom of the stems to keep them damp & fresh.
I would definitely recommend this company to anybody & I will definitely be using them myself in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous
I chose the mix bouquet and wasn't disappointed. Very fresh and colourful flowers. The delivery was super fast. Even though I mixed up the ordering address, they were happy to rearrange at short notice. Website was easy enough to use, I'd go here again.

Very poor quality and not well packed
Received flowers, roses were edged in brown and drooping -knew they wouldn’t last another day. Head of the Lily was cut and bent and three buds lying in bottom of box. Two of the Gerbera were bent over one was fine. Got them trimmed and in a vase with food provided and sent photos complaining about the poor quality. I sent photos but got a response telling me to trim them snd put them in fresh water and they would “perk up”. Next day roses were dead and so were the two Getberas. Must’ve thought I was stupid and had left the flowers as delivered snd no help whatsoever. I sent a further email and no surprise they didn’t redpond.

Received flowers from my sister.
The flowers are not good quality - stems that should be wrapped to stop the stems from drooping were not (always have been when I have received from other florists. Mainly dead foliage, with the heads of the other flowers dropping off over night. All this after following the instructions - not impressed.
My son sent me roses for my birthday
My son sent me roses for my birthday. Said they should have been 12 but only 10 in bunch, also one was broke half way down stem. After a three days some dying off.
My daughter bought me some a couple of days before from Lidl and they still in full bloom.
Have e mailed three days ago but no reply.

IAwful bouquet, dreadful customer service
I received a very minimal bouquet that my sister had ordered on finding out my cancer has returned. To my disbelief the flowers died within 2 days. There were 5 small yellow roses, a bit of fern, a bit of a purple flower and that was all, the box was huge for the contents. Disappointed is not the word. Contacted them, sent photo, emailed me saying they would send me a replacement, not had a replacement, just keep getting emails confirming they have had my email.
Rubbish flowers
When the flowers arrived they had yellow leaves 10 carnations nine bits of foliage the five peach carnations have not even come out and turning brown the other five not much better, these were from an elderly friend won’t last much longer only had them three days, so two days later they emailed and said cut some more of the stem off and they should open up and come back from the dead,, definitely not recommended this company

Dead Hydrangeas from Morning Flowers…
Received a bouquet from Morning Flowers as a birthday gift. The hydrangeas (x3) were already dead. Not slightly wilting - completely dead. Have been very patient with Morning Flowers but they have just given me the run around. Saddened that my mum paid good money for dead flowers. Will be informing Interflora.
