Would have been 5 stars if flowers had been delivered on time. I got in touch with morning flowers also to say I was charged for tracking which I didn't get who said they would get in touch with carriers and get back to me. I have heard nothing. The date I chose for delivery I knew someone would be home that day. I knew they would be out the following day as was my aunties 90th birthday. They were delivered the following day when no one was home and were left in a shed.

Lovely flowers, arrived on agreed date. Paid an additional price for extra flowers, however l did feel at a total cost of £30 this was somewhat expensive for the amount received.

I have received and sent flowers they were fresh lasted two weeks some flowers a week longer would definitely recommend and use again

Horrible service wrong flowers sent promised refund over and over we were sent old cheap flowers not roses they died in 2 days horrendous lied to again and again
They would not resolve it so I would Definitely AVOID this horrendous business.

I ordered roses for my friends birthday. They arrived exactly on the right date and the roses were fresh and lovely, buds just beginning to open I am told.

The flowers received by my sister in law were beautiful, arrived on time and no damage in the transportation.
She was thrilled with them and so was I . Excellent value for money too.

The order said it had failed. I emailed to check. No response received so I placed the order again and emailed to ask that this would not be duplicated. I was then charged twice and the order was "merged" which was also stated on thr gift card. I emailed to complain and have yet to receive a response to any of my emails

Delivered to our daughter in-law for a surprise after receiving Morning Flowers from our son. Never heard of them previously, but they were excellent and competitive.

The flowers appeared old, flowers falling off in the box, many broken, roses in particular had browning petals or complete empty heads. The box was far too large and the wrapping was all creased. When phoned and discuused and sent photos I was asssured of a replacement bunch. This never came.
This was particularly upsetting as had received flowers from close familar members after major surgery. Having to deal with this at this time was very upsetting . I would not recommend use of this company.

Lovely flowers delivered to Northern Ireland

When ordered on a Thursday was informed they would arrive on Saturday
They tried to deliver on Monday but person was out organising her mums funeral, which was the reason for the flowers , they were re-delivered on the Tuesday, but looked as though they had spent time in a box, and heads fell off when taken out of delivery box

Ordered flowers for my sister. They looked nothing like the lovely colourful bouquet I ordered. I messaged to complain days ago and have still received no response
