Have purchased numerous times from Morgan and French, appreciate the beautiful craftsmanship ( though I believe in this case its women), quality of bracelet and individually scripted spinners made for my Serenity Bracelet. New cord strap is wonderful bright blue.
Excellent customer service.. I asked for order to be held back as I'd be away from home. Quick email response and order received as requested.

A beautiful keepsake of a loved one
Thank you for my beautiful secret chamber pebble ashes necklace in memory of my late husband. It is really well made and sits nicely with my fingerprint necklace which I bought earlier. I had a security chain fitted as an extra safety precaution. It is a lovely keepsake and your customer service is excellent.

I've had my eye on the chunky necklace for a while and took the plunge recently. I made a boob on the delivery element - selected collection in error but swift communication meant that was easily remedied. Excellent communication throughout and the necklace is all I dreamed it would be ! So delighted - will buy further items!
