Buying memorial jewellery from Morgan & French
It was a very easy process, to collect & send ashes. The turn around between receipt of ashes to my necklace being delivered was far quicker than I had expected.
I love my pebble necklace in memory of my dad. Excellent quality, and great communication from company confirming receipt of ashes and stages regarding the making of my necklace. All in all very pleased, would definitely use Morgan & French again and definitely recommend. Thank you.

I ordered a silver pebble pendant to…
I ordered a silver pebble pendant to put my grandsons ashes in and when it was delivered i realised that i had not ordeted the one that could be filled. I had had the pebble inscribed with his initisls so coukd not srnd it back. My daughter contacted helen who could not have been more understanding and arranged for the pebble to be sent back with the ashes and they would insert them, all at no extra cost.
Fantastic service , the pebble is absolutrely beautiful. Could not recommend enough

A great experience and excellent product quality
The ordering and fulfilment process was fast and efficient and the product quality was excellent. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is that it would have been helpful to have been able to see a preview/proof of the layout of the personalised engraving on the item prior to receipt. Otherwise it was a great experience and I would certainly buy again.

Absolutely love this secret chamber necklace in honour of my beloved German shepherd, Chewie. It’s simple but stunning too and so well crafted. They’ve even allowed for an extra letter on the reverse so I could have my pet phrase for him exact. Every step of the process was thoughtful and I honestly felt they truly did care about my loss and were respectful of his ashes. I can’t thank them enough, I cried when I opened the package.

Bought two bespoke pieces of jewellery. They are truly wonderful. Very well made, I made a mistake on the personalisation and this was sorted for me without hesitation.
