Had my bloods taken by George at home, who was very reassuring, gentle and considerate during the whole process. He knows I have a fear of needles/blood, so he always puts my mind at ease. Did have a brief dizzy spell, but he layed me down and stayed with me till I had recovered. Have been using Mo Phlebotomy for a few years now, and the service is always a brilliant and reliable one, so I would definitely recommend them to anyone who like me struggles with having bloods done at a GP surgery/hospital. Thank you Mo and the team for a great service, it's always a pleasure! Keep up the great work 👍🏻👏🏻

Very professional prompt and polite a great company

We've used this service 3 times. Have always arrived in the booked time slot. Quick & efficient each time, and most importantly have always been successful with tricky veins which reduces anxiety (of needing a repeat visit) so very pleased overall.

We got a visit from one of the mophlebotomy nurses and couldn't be happier with how the outcome. The nurse explained the entire process in detail and answered all our questions, patiently waited for the little one to be ready, and I the end got all packages ready for posting. I was so so happy with the service provided by Mo Phlebotomy. It was a really easy service to use and I made my booking through their WhatsApp portal. I was able to choose a time and date that suited me. When the phlebotomist came today, she was absolutely lovely. She put me at my ease immediately and the actual blood draw was amazing - I barely felt a scratch. I’d been really nervous about it all and our place was pretty chaotic because of our toddler, but she was great with him too. I was really really impressed and would definitely use them again.

Unprofessional staff. Have heard a lot about this place, they are money launderers. Do your research. Keep away.

Mo phlebotomy has been so helpful at every stage of the process, including answering last minute questions about tests. The phlebotomist was amazing with my nervous son, who said ‘I didn’t realise it could be so easy’ and is happy to have a follow up test. I recommend them highly.

This was my first time using a mobile phlebotomist. I have M.E and am mostly bedbound, so needed someone mobile to come to my house. The booking process was informative and easy (I used the WhatsApp service).

The phlebotomist was on time, and very friendly. She got the job done quickly, whilst being thorough and informative. It was a really easy process, even for someone as unwell as I am. I would highly recommend!

They were priced reasonable compared to other companies. Their communication was great and always replied to my messages. They stuck to the appointment time and provided the results in less than 24hrs. I highly recommend them! 👍🏽
