THE WORST

I order a part and they sent me a totally different part displayed on the image on the website i requested a a return which sucks because they charge you a lot for their mess ups but wtv the worst thing was that i never got me refund and after calling several times the same person for PARTS had the worst customer service and had an attitude like he hated his life and ofc hated his job and seemed like his only job is to sit on his ass rub his belly button and not do his job

I will update if I get my money back but SCAM, bogus very used parts

Edit: update - I went to the dealer and they said it was not an exact fit and did not look good. I was able to contact store and they did send me a return label and a full refund. They said it may be one that was on the shelf too long but they honored there purchase which I’m glad. It was also a real store. Not a scam so from 1 star to 3 stars. I bought the correct part from the dealer. Not much more in costs. Less than 50 bucks difference surprisingly.

I will update if I get my money back. They sent be a taped, literally taped heating seat element with dirt on it and an obviously used filthy connector part. I wish I had used trust pilot instead of just googling . A little cheaper then parts geek so I should have known a scam. I’ll report to that state’s attorney general if I don’t get a refund. It’s a very good website so that folks can get taken. I’ll edit this as to how resolved. Card will most likely have to handle it is my guess but I’ll give the. A chance

$100.00 increase after order accepted

A day after my order was accepted, I received an email explaining Chrysler updated the part number (same exact part) and it will now cost $100.00 more. Mopar Parts Webstore website still shows the part number I ordered available for order at the original price.
I called the 800 number provided and got the run-a-round from the parts counter at Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I was told they will not honor the price on their website. Sounds like this is a common practice for this seller.

Literally the worst shopping website on the internet for mopar. I had the Same issue as many other people IE: slow shipping etc. but they actually sent me the wrong color then said they would not pay return shipping because i didn't enter my vin, but i verified the make, model and color on the main page.. Absolute total scapegoat to get out of shipping.

If you expect delivery in the time quoted this is not your place.

I ordered some hardware for mounting 2nd hand oem running boards. Essentially just some bolts and washers and what have you. Was told it would be 7 to 10 business days. Its going on 15 business days now. At least it was only 40 bucks. After reading the other reviews here I'm not going to put myself through the torture of trying to contact them.

Update, I did end up contacting them, I wish I hadn't. My order has been sitting idle in their que for over 2 weeks now. Upon my inquiry they finally shipped it out with no explanation. They just said "it shipped today". UPS tracking says it will be here on the 22nd, over a month since i made the order. When I responded with my frustrations they just said, "sometimes we see faster delivery dates than quoted". Didnt bother to adress why it happened or even apologize for how long its taking. They're not a scam, they just suck. Im not sure which is wosre.

Ordered a remote start kit

Ordered a remote start kit, 30days later still no product, no reply to any of my inquiries as to where my product is at. Had to file a claim with my credit card to get my money back. This place is a scam apparently.

They take to long to ship

I’ll never buy anything from them again. They just take to long ship out your parts. I made an order on Tuesday for a bolt and a nut for my strut and it’s now Friday and can’t call them and I emailed them yesterday haven’t heard anything back and now I probably won’t get it until next week. Ridiculous I have to wait over a week for a bolt and nut to finish this job. Why does it take a full week to ship something out when it says it’s in stock. Makes no sense to me.
I made an order about 2 weeks ago for $1500 and that took over a week too so I’ll go elsewhere for now on.

Bought a plug and play door actuator…

Bought a plug and play door actuator from Mopar, paid a workshop to fit it, it didn't work, I took it to a RAM dealer and they charged me $250 to tell me the part was faulty. It's so far cost me $600 and no fixed door. Tried to contact customer service, no response online, or by phone.

Absolutely dreadful experience.

I enquired about buying the Mojave hood kit and specifically questioned before purchase about shipping from the US to Australia. Where I was advised to use a freight forwarder.

As of this time my shipment has been stuck for the past 3 weeks, Mopar Online parts has ignored all my emails requesting the customs documentation that needs to be signed by the seller.

There has been over 10 follow up attempts and every single one has been ignored.

Justin the manager has specifically asked for me to contact him from my google review and I am still met with silence.

If you are shipping something internationally DO NOT USE MOPAR ONLINE PARTS. They’re useless.

Mike’s customer service was dreadful as well, multiple attempts at just trying to receive one standard document so I could organise shipment.

No Canada!

Correct parts arrived in a timely fashion. No problems with order fulfillment. However, at the risk of stating the obvious, do not order from these guys if you are living in Canada. I did not realize this was an American website for OEM Mopar parts. Between currency conversion shipping charges and duty/taxes/brokerage fees paid for shipment to across the border, I’m embarrassed at how much I had to pay for 2 fuel filters…$260 CDN. Lesson learned.

Dishonest parts flipper

Accepted and processed my payment to order a part that has been on national back-order for months. A week later I contact them to see when I will see my part. he replies that he can't get it and has no idea when it will be available.
Says he can refund my order if I don't want to wait.
This is a BS "Parts Flipper" company

They stand behind what they sell

I initially had a problem with the parts that were sent to me. Most online stores aren't real good about standing behind their products. I called and spoke to the online shipping manager and he went above and beyond to make things right. I'm very happy with their customer service and willingness to help me resolve the issue

I will never order from this company…

I will never order from this company again. I ordered alternator wiring from them and it took so long to deliver. I got it from somewhere else. When the package arrived I never opened it. Contacted the company 2 days of having it and will not accept the return. Unopened in original packaging. I would understand if it had been opened, but no return on factory sealed part? C”mon. Do better bussiness!!!!

Wrong address

I ordered a thermostat for our Jeep and either I accidentally fat figured the zip code or when they had another store ship the part gave them the wrong zip code. But either way it got delivered to an address that does not even exist. Most of the time when you order something from a reputable place it verifies the address you put in is a real address. I guess theirs does not. I tried contacting the company delivering it, UPS & then USPS, once I noticed it had the wrong city & they said the address had to be changed by the company. Not sure how they delivered it to an address that isn’t there. Needless to say once I could get ahold of MoparOnlineParts it was already delivered and they said there’s nothing they could do about it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

ordered a sway bar

ordered a sway bar, was charged overnight shipping, 6 weeks latter after being told it was sent ups 2-3 day shipping still have not received the part. After many e-mails I would have to say they totally lied about the fact they have not even shipped the part yet. Still have no Idea if they even have one. No tracking number was provided even after specifically asking for it. All signs this company is a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! I ordered a part and waited two weeks for delivery. Tried to contact with no response. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and like magic, I received a communication from the seller stating that the part is now out of stock and will not be available for 2-3 more weeks. Canceled my order! Shady company.

Scam

Scam, sham, worst service, criminals!

Tried to charge me $1600 shipping for $400 parts. Carlos sales jerk confirmed parts were in stock. Re ordered, received confirmation of order was told 10 days to receive, never received.

Absolute worst

Absolute worst. Ordered a part weeks ago. Did not ship in 2-5 days. No email saying there was an issue. Finally got through on the phone 2 weeks ago and they said my part was scheduled for 1-16 delivery. I got no email saying it shipped, so I was skeptical. No part arrived. Tried to call over and over and can't get anyone to answer the phone. Emailed them to cancel. Now contacting PayPal and bank because they wasted no time taking my money.
