What a team! These guys worked tirelessly for 11 hours packing and moving our entirehouse. Such a pleasant bunch, great attitude and the whole process was just so smooth on what was a last minute and stressful move. I just used these guys for the third time this year. Like the previous two times, the service was first rate. The guys were all friendly, polite and professional. All items were wrapped/protected/loaded appropriately. Nothing was damaged. Everything ran to schedule.

One thing that really stood out on both of the big moves (once out of London to a rental and then once to our new house) was the sensitivity/empathy to the situation ie that it's stressful for the movers. Alex and Stefan both made us feel relaxed and told us not worry about the few last minute bits we were still packing. It was really appreciated.

On moving day the guys turned up early and had the whole house packed up in just over 2 hours.
At the new house everything was unpacked into the correct rooms.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone moving house.

These guys are really efficient and helpful, they clearly care about giving a great service and will go the extra mile in helping you move your belongings, travelling long distances between old and new houses. They came prepared with equipment for all eventualities just in case. They stayed until the work was complete. Everything arrived intact. The team of four arrived at 8am to our three bedroom home in Kensington and transferred its contents and boxes (packed by myself prior to their arrival) by 11.30am! Very efficient and undaunted by the small space and narrow stairway. They then drove to Cornwall and unloaded in the same efficient and polite manner before departing back to London at 10pm. Quite a day. They were a very quick and motivated crew working with a frenetic and demanding pre Christmas workload. They also came in at about half the price of other quotes. My only quibble was the lack of protective gear given these difficult covid-times. There were none. But it is hard to see how they could have worn masks given the demanding and physical nature of the work. But perhaps there should have been a bit more discussion about how we could have managed the current social distancing restraints?

We moved a short distance from a garden flat to a house in SW London. They had done a video assessment of our two bed flat (plus garden furniture and Asgard bike shed). They responded quickly and clearly about our quote. They let us do two additional pick ups (a double bed and washing machine). They disassembled and reassembled (other, more expensive removal companies were unwilling to do this, which would have left us in a pickle). The team were friendly and helpful. We had done the packing but they kindly wrapped our sofa etc to protect it and helped with tidying up my shoddy packing (I hadn’t properly boxed/bagged everything!), eg tying up ikea bags etc. They waited patiently when we had a two hour wait outside our new house for the keys. They helped unwrap the sofa. All four men were super quick and efficient. They loaded the majority of our house (note- I’m a massive hoarder) in 2 hours, then disassembled two remaining large items (maybe another hour all in, including coffee break and letting us do a quick clean!)... When we were unloading, they diligently checked where we wanted everything (my scribbles on boxes weren’t that clear!). They were really good at navigating large items into small doorways and narrow hallways- sometimes like magic. They managed to assemble a huge wardrobe with only about two inches clear at the top. They were very careful with delicate items (I’d labelled appropriately). They even arranged our garden furniture nicely! I’d really recommend them. My only regret was not bringing enough cash to tip them better- they did a great job!

I used this company to move from London to Cornwall. Part of the team arrived just after 8am as arranged but the lorry arrived closer to 9am.
The packing etc was fine.
But at the new house they ripped the brand new flooring in the kitchen by dragging the washing machine in there.
I complained of course and had a reply asking for photograph of evidence and any invoices for the cost of flooring and labour.
I sent all this over 3 weeks ago. I have chased them twice to no avail. I fear I will not get any compensation even though their email accepts responsibility.

Generally the team that do the work is good at their jobs. They do safely pack fragile items, during carrying these large items they are speedy but careful.

But I had several problems that I cannot justify to just accept.

First of all, I arranged a cleaning based on the feedback they gave me before the move. That, they can pack and remove everything from a 55sqm flat from 8am to 1pm. So even though I went to sleep at 2am doing work on the new flat, I woke up at 7:00 am and started to do some pre packing, assuming they will arrive at 8am. But apparently they were given the wrong address (even though I asked them to confirm, they said yeah that is the address). As a result team arrives at 9:30. Therefore I had reschedule the cleaning to a Sunday. (additional cost)

During the packing they were fast and efficient but once we moved and started unpacking, I have noticed several problems. The packaging especially in kitchen and bathroom was very sloppy. Liquids just thrown into the box, so there were spills. Unwrapped glasses, plates etc. I unpacked everything 3 days after the move and then I noticed that I don't have any pans.

A little investigation and it turns out they forgot to pack a whole kitchen unit with all cooking equipment in it. They came back to get the stuff and I had to reenter the old rental property.

Now my landlord wants to charge me for additional days due to this reentry. Which will cost me more than their packaging service charge.

Now to the real reason why I am giving 2 stars. Above points I can somehow tolerate but they did not return to me about this topic since a month now.

I contacted them and they said "we forwarded this to our claims department and they will contact you". Nobody contacted me. I sent a reminder email, still no answer. I think they are just trying to avoid customers in problematic situations.

So in short, if everything goes right, they are good movers. But the quality of a company relies more on admitting errors and compensating the customer accordingly. Even though they admitted the errors, it just stopped there. That is why, they fail to be a decent trade, at least in my experience.

If you want to take the risk go for it but if you want peace of mind, I wouldn't recommend them.

oh by the way, movers don't use protective equipment, even though main office confirmed that they will use gloves and masks.

After enduring a long sales process I decided to start searching for removal companies just to have an idea of price. After getting really high quotes from a few vendors I finally found Mooving London. They were flexible enough to offer me a virtual survey and they sent the quote over shortly after and they were SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the other vendors I had received quotes from (£400 cheaper than the next cheapest quote)

I decided to go with Mooving on London as they actually took the time to assess my specific move (not just a generic quote) I had 3 bedrooms but only had a bed in one of the rooms and the others just contained clothes etcetera and they were very professional and organised.

On moving day the team arrived at 8:15 on the dot and got straight to the job. They packed EXTREMELY efficiently, wrapping items individually and carefully before boxing. They labelled all the boxes clearly and double checked with me what things I wanted to take versus leave. My entire house was packed and loads in the van within 3 hours and they set off on their journey. They arrived at my new home in stoke (4 hours drive) and promptly off loaded the van, put the bed and furniture back to gather and put the other boxes in their relevant rooms. They were honestly sooo amazing. Usually cheaper means you are compromising on quality but this couldn't be further from the truth with Mooving on London. They are just hard working and they cut the BS out which I love. I would recommend them to ANYONE and I will be using them again when I move back down in a few years. Thanks guys !!

Picking a removals company is stressful but these guys did a great job. They did a thorough assessment of what we needed to move and offered a really good price compared to others in the area. The communications throughout were good. The two guys that arrived on the day came on time and made quick work of the move. Completely stress free. Everything was moved into place intact including the many houseplants. They also disassembled and reassembled all the furniture.

Overall great service and very trustworthy. Would highly recommend.

We used Mooving on London this weekend to move our 3 bedroom flat from Earlsfield to Bromley. The experience was terrific. Customer service was excellent, and kept me updated on everything. The price was very good compared to other moving companies. And the actual moving team was very relaxed and professional. They arrived a few minutes before the time which I really appreciated. Everything was wrapped, no damage was done to the old or new property or furniture. They also put down a blanket in the new place to try and not dirty the new flat. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely use them again!

The movers worked like crazy all day... they were professional and lovely human beings, very hardworking and did an excellent job under difficult circumstances - heat and small elevators etc . I would absolutely recommend Mooving On London with Adrian and Andrew team and will certainly hire them again.
