I wanted to send a Christmas card to my Granddaughter and I was given the option of a few dates for delivery before Christmas. I chose 24th December so it would be a nice Christmas Eve surprise for my Granddaughter, but sadly the card did not arrive. On 27th December, when the card still had not arrived I complained to Moonpig who mentioned that delivery dates are not guaranteed as per their terms and conditions (section 5.7) and would only in the first instance refund delivery costs unless delivery did not happen at all. I felt hugely misled by their website, and felt that the 'delivery not guaranteed' had not been prominent and clearly displayed at the checkout process. Had this been clear, I would not have made the purchase. I also felt that regardless of whether the Christmas card would eventually arrive, albeit late, the contractual purpose of the service had been missed and therefore the service had failed. I had to quote some consumer rights laws before I was eventually given a full refund. This is the second disappointment I have had with Moonpig, the first being when some beers I ordered with a card never arrived. I won't be using their services again. I also do not recommend them to others.

They have added Moonpig plus to my receipt BEFORE I had purchased anything. I never added it or noticed they added it for me. What a disgusting way to con people out of £9.99 now I need to find out how to cancel it. Sneaky, greedy, unprofessional unacceptable. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Items I purchased have now been delivered to my son and daughter, I have given 3 stars because an email was not sent when the items were late, and I felt let down, items on Moonpig are not cheap so you expect the service or not bother at all,

Not impressed… I ordered a card for family in the USA at the very beginning of December, I was assured it would arrive mid December but definitely before Christmas, no information update so I was enquire and find out it’s been lost, moonpig said shall we send another…lost faith in moonpig and of course I don’t want another send out as it will NOT make it in time for Christmas, really disappointed and moonpig were not understanding, I had to ask several times for a refund instead of another card.
Late delivery and no promised refund
Arranged for a card delivery one day early to make sure it got there on time. It arrived 4 days later. Was told I would be refunded which never happened. Very disappointing. Will stick with Funky Pigeon in the future
Awful service
Moonpig don't even deserve a one star.
1st card - said delivered. I paid for tracking. It said in a safe place, where ever that is we looked everywhere......we have a letterbox & Ring doorbell....
2nd card - same card - I watched the tracking on it but no delivery. Said delivered in a porch, I don't have a porch.
3rd card - same card. Due to timescale I gave Moonpig the address as I could no longer deliver it. Did the use the new address......of course not they are sending it back to me which I probably won't get, will be put in someone else's porch.
I am totally disgusted with this as I have used moonpig for years, will need to find another company.

Bought a card for my 5yr old daughter. Card arrived with no envelope…
I contacted customer services and they said oh it’s in the small print, if it’s addressed to yourself you don’t get a spare envelope…
Well clearly I need to address it to me as my daughter lives with me. But why on earth would they still not send a cheap envelope.
I don’t have time now to go shopping for an envelope.
I have used this company for years. I won’t be using them again….

Ordered what I thought beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mother birthday. Not only were they left dumped on doorstep very late evening. Mother was at home. (No knock on door or rang doorbell. Was waiting for them) They arrived half dead and about half the size as what was in photo on website.
Have contacted them to be told
Move to another room and give few days for them to open/pick up!! They are not going to as half dead. Also nothing like in photo online. So disappointed and embarrassed to have sent them. Customer service terrible. Will never order anything from this company again.

My husband got a sympathy card saying his mother had died. My husbands mother died 5 years ago and he'd never heard of the company that sent it.
We tried to contact Moonpig to tell them it was a mistake and the senders should be informed.
There is no way to contact Moonpig. No phone , no email available, no chat. All we get is a black screen when we tap on anything.
To us, this is disgraceful. Its a obvious mistake but someone out there is suffering and this card might have helped.
I have used Moonpig in the past, but i will no longer use them. After all if you can't talk to a company that's happily taking your money when there's a problem, they are not worth our time and money.

Ordered 7 Christmas cards with messages and had a phone call from son to ask had I sent moonpig card as it's just blank so I went into my account and all are blank so I contacted customer service and told them and in short they said nothing could be done as already sent and I would have to reorder and as it cost me nearly £40 I told them that was ridiculous would cost me nearly £80 for 7 cards. Told them not happy as a pensioner that was to much just writing this to warn people to double check as it seems they don't so 7 people getting cards from no one lesson learnt will not be using them again be ware.
What happened to Moonpig!
What happened to Moonpig! I’ve used them for years with only minor issues here and there but overall they were a good service. I have recently ordered the 5 Christmas cards deal and a birthday card for my Mum. Not one card has arrived at their destination and my Mums birthday passed, needless to say I had to get to the shop quickly! I use Moonpig as it’s more convenient for me to post directly out and I like the choice of customisation but won’t be using them anymore. No staff to answer questions or queries, still waiting after 24 hours for a response from the ‘live’ chat! Nothing live about it! Very poor service and poor customer communication. Such a shame after all these years but they’ve gone downhill.

I spent two hours in their app making Christmas cards for 45 people with a basket value of £200 and when I went to purchase cards they had all change back to the Moonpig template versions. Absolute waste of my life doing that and then customer services non-existent go use their competitors are much better.

Despite diligent search it has I have not been able to find traditional Christian cards. There is a huge selection of so called Christmas cards christmas card but few actually mention birth of Christ.
Total order mess up bad service
I ordered 9 cards 2 overseas others scattered in uk , 4 out of the 9 were sent to different people. They eventually put it right 2 of the people ended up with 3 and 2 I felt so stupid 😪 this was bad service and customer care very rude and i felt they blamed me even though my addresses to everyone were correct I will never use them again , and my family won't either. They don't deserve any stars .
The cards that come late
Absolutely useless, them and Royal Mail need to be taken out of business!
