Well this doesn't surprise me

Well this doesn't surprise me. Last time my granny received a bloke's cheeky apron. Not from us of course. Didn't know where her gift was took ages and she had to return the erroneous gift. Proving it well that's another story. This time I ordered a card last week. Choose a date of arrival it said. 2nd March. Has it arrived no of course not then you get their AI going on about a window and it arriving tomorrow. I didn't select 3rd March. Utter rubbish. My niece hasn't received her card and I spent a bit. Wasted money. Never using them again. Delete Delete Delete. Utterly upset!

Crappy multiple delivery charges in the same order.

I’ve used Moonpig for years as I live overseas and it’s convenient for sending cards and gifts to family and friends. I’ve always felt their gifts are overpriced but used them for the convenience. However of late I’ve been getting charged separate delivery charges when ordering multiple gifts for the same person/address. Moonpig said this is as they use different delivery services (Royal Mail and DPD) depending upon the item. It’s a real disincentive to buying the same person several gifts. I’m therefore going to use a different service in future.

Crazy no common sense customer service stinks

Iv used moon pig for years had no problems customer care was always good. Cards have been replaced when never received albeit late.
Iv just ordered three special personalised large cards not cheap but needed them. They were lovely.
They were delivered one big envelope no envelopes for cards. The cards are all going to different address. Apparently I pressed to be delivered to my address. Yes that right then they will be given out. Tried to ring them number doesn’t exist anymore you have to go on line. Tried the bot got no were emailed them to be told I pressed to be delivered to mine. I told them that’s right to be given out. I was told the only way to get the envelopes is to order another card (I don’t need) an they will put them with that order. They cannot send them out otherwise. I said surly the card comes with envelopes included in my payment so surly they owe me part payment refund again told they cannot send out unless I order a new one. The cards I’d be embarrassed to give out so money wasted. I’m a disabled pensioner feel there’s no common sense being used here. Iv used for years an never come across this before so I have asked them to delete my account take me off their data base.
I’d never use again. Just crazy

I rate it at 1 star as there isn’t a lower rating.
Failed to deliver as requested. Almost impossible to contact 'customer service'. Endless autogenerated emails none of which addressed the issue.
Very poor performance and despite their claims, they don’t appear to give a toss about the client

Smiles vanished when Valentines Day drooped

Valentine's Day is a special time in many homes. It plays on the emotions and it's a profitable period for the gift and card industry. Just as restaurants put up their prices at celebratory times of the year, (Mother's Day, Father's Day, New Year's Eve etc) the costs of Valentines Day gifts, especially flowers, goes through the roof. The option is "Take it or leave it" . You want to celebrate Valentine's Day? You pay extra. Supply and demand - everywhere - supermarkets to online retail bump up their prices. I decided to buy a floral arrangement for my partner from Moonpig. The parcel arrived, she was at home entertaining a girlfriend and the parcel was opened to find a bunch of drooping, dying flowers. I am not even sure if what we unpacked was as complete as in the photograph from which I ordered. I have delayed writing this for two days to give the flowers a chance to recover but the arrangement has got worse. I don't know how Moonpig will respond and no doubt they will but in terms of cost and value, will it be because of "Seasonal difficulties"? "Supply Chain problems?" "Weather?" Is there an excuse? The embarrassment when a parcel like this is opened and the surprise is not there, is horrible, especially when you see the look on the faces of others in the room. As a long-standing customer of Moonpig, this hurts !

The last time I used Moonpig

The last time I used Moonpig, it would only let me buy cards but not beer for my son in law, even though I am 72 years old, so I had to send money instead.
Just went to use it to send a card to my daughter for her birthday and a valentines card for my wife, because its difficult to get out at the moment as I am caring for her.
But it states I am blocked in big bold letters as though I have done something wrong.
I will phone my daughter and explain why she is not getting a card this year.
Poor Show, what a way to run a business, just not good enough letting people down when you need them most. A Stockham

waste of money

I spent extra for the largest card to arrive in London on my Grandson's birthday. It never arrived. So much for paying to join. Money down the drain! How hard is delivering a card?

I wasn't the buyer

I wasn't the buyer. I received a bouquet of flowers from my family from moon pig, my 1st from this company. I had heard in the past that flowers were not the greatest, so I wanted to post a positive review, the flowers were beautiful and with some tlc are still going strong 20 days later, the Lillie's are huge. I do have a photo taken today but not able to post photos in this site.
Very impressed.

ordered chocolates

ordered chocolates, less than 2 weeks shelf life. all the customer service person says is theyre fine after that and they were reduced.
yes they were reduced but no where did it say the best before would be in less tan 2 weeks.
wish id of come here and read the reviews before ordering.
wont be using again.

Birthday card was 2 days late.

Birthday card was 2 days late.. which really misses the point of a birthday card . Moonpig offered to repay the postage but actually this doesn't cover the disappointment of it not arriving as expected .

I ordered a 16th Birthday card for my Granddaughter and it was 5 days late and when she opened the card it was for someone else !!
So upset by it
This is the second time I’ve had an issue with Moonpig
I will never use them again

So unhappy ordered a bottle of wine…

So unhappy ordered a bottle of wine with a card for my nephews 40th Birthday to be delivered on the day. It did not arrive as promised and still hasn't been delivered. This is not the first time I have heard bad reports about Moonpig. My sister also sent her son a card and present which has not arrived. Very dissappointed
