Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish, products are cheap if not plastic, they send you half of what you order. Email them asking for refund 2wks ago they have not replied but they were quick to take the money, also it takes for ever to get your parcel it’s a joke trust me DO NOT BUY FROM MOON LOVE you Wii be pissed an disappointed

Fikk ikke det eg bestilte, bestilte flere ting, blandt annet 4 bøker, fikk bara 2, et bilde ekstremt mye mindre en det skulle hvert. 60 tusjer, fikk 12 tusjer! :-( galskap!
Får ikke svar, går ikke og sende mail til di heller, får bara opp at den ikke kommer frem. Har sendt til di inne på siden deres og. Så null respons og få :-(
Useriøst! Da det er dyrt og vi må betale. 😳

Seems like a scam
I waited forever to get my package, and when it finally came, it was the wrong product AND the wrong amount of the product.
It is also impossible to get in touch with them, because all 3 ways to contact them gets no respons. And I cant write a review on the product on the website, so i have not been able to get them to fix it, or even answere me. Probably tryed contacting them over 10 times.

Clever little scammers 😛
Don’t ever order from here. Never received my order. They really had me believing it would come too. But right after the refund/cancel date passes, they start to act like they’re so sorry that you haven’t received anything. I’d emailed them about 3 times a week for over two months and NOTHING. Yes, they replied, but the order never came. Also everything they make is overpriced. Lost $73. Save yourself man.

I am waiting nearly two weeks for my order , i have asked for refound and they don’t want to refound me despite i don’t have my order this company is low in quality of customer service and don’t provide what they promise ! Jeg købte nogle tudser hvor der stod (buy 1, get 1 Free) til 177kr.
En pakke med 36 stykker farver i hvert pakke, jeg ender med at få pakken efter 1 måned og fik en lille pakke med 24 farver i og fik kun 1 pakke… de lyver fuldstændig jooo…

Får ikke alt man kjøper
Kjøpte en pakke med «kjøp to, betal for én», men mottok bare én pakke i posten. Var også færre antall blyanter i pakka, enn hva det sto/var bilde av på nettsiden.
Har prøvd å sende mail, men får bare til svar at mailen ikke kommer fram.
