We design colorful, all-over-print apparel for people who want their clothes to say something about who they are. Most of our products are made to order. Production begins after an order is placed rather than drawing from large stocks of finished merchandise, which lets us offer a wide range of designs, colors, and sizes. Typical production takes 2–4 business days before your order ships, and our Shipping & Delivery Policy explains the delivery estimates for your destination. Our women's collection includes dresses, tops, bottoms, swimwear, outerwear, and pajamas and robes. Our men's line covers shirts and pajama sets. Across both, you'll find themed prints for animal lovers, book lovers, nurses, dog parents, sports and hobby fans, and anyone drawn to bold florals, retro patterns, or holiday designs. Charly Lifestyle is operated by Allreen (HK) International Trading Co., Limited, registered in Hong Kong, and we ship worldwide. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The product itself is fine

The product itself is fine, but i think the delivery time was much too long. It took me 12 days to receive it. By that time, I had already lfet on a trip. When I contacted thme about it, they wouldn't offer a refund for that. I'm very disappointed.
They got back to me quickly, and the issue was resolved perfectly. I'm very satisfied.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the product itself was satisfactory, but we’re sorry that the 12-day delivery meant it arrived after you had already left for your trip. We understand how disappointing that must have been, and we’re also sorry if our earlier explanation left you feeling dismissed.

For an item that arrived in satisfactory condition but is no longer needed, our policy provides an authorized return process. Eligible standard items may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. In this situation, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but we do not charge a restocking fee.
