Great product quality and arrived quickly. The box they were delivered in wasn’t great as it was collapsed a bit from what looked like previous uses, but the items inside were very well packaged.

The products arrived beautifully…
The products arrived beautifully packaged and very promptly. The only downside was that my fanclub code would not work so I paid full price, I was unable to find a contact email for help in this.

Hi Lisa
Can’t say why your discount code didn’t work but if you send us an email and tell us which code you used, we will look into it. Our email is found on several places on the website; under About Us, under Deliveries & Cost and under Terms & Conditions. It’s hello.uk@moomin.com
Kind regards
Magnus

Product not as advertised in…
Product not as advertised in description. The water bottle that I purchased indicates that it is not able to be used for hot beverages on the bottle; however, the description indicates otherwise. All other products were good and as advertised.
Edit: Retailer updated their site with the corrected information and has indicated they they have contacted the supplier. This is an excellent move towards keeping customers informed.

Hi Brandon
Apologies for this confusion, we take the information from the suppliers website and on there it says hot and cold, so that's what we used for our website. Very few products we sell have additional care instructions on the actual products, so it's not something we would look for and compare to the online care instructions. To be on the safe side, we have now amended our online information, and we will seek clarification from the supplier.
Kind regards
Magnus
