Shop sieht seriös aus. Ware ist auch nach 21 Tagen nicht von Norwegen zu mir nach Hause geliefert worden. DHL kennt die Trackingnummer nicht, Nachfrage unter hello@ moo…… ergab trotz mitgesendeter Trackingnummer, dass sie mir die gleiche Nummer nochmal senden….. Eingabe der Trackingnummer auf der Moomin- Seite ergab, dass die Trackingnummer nicht existiert.

Tove Jansson would be appalled by the
customer service at Moomin and it really puts these sincere and cute creatures in a different light. Purchased a torch for our daughter that is advertised to project moomin images onto a wall, not a chance it was a complete fail and decided to return. We had to pay for the useless toy (that cost us more in postage) and when the refund came I was given a partial amount as the packaging was opened (we had no choice to take away the plastic from the cardboard). Endless emails to these people or maybe AI bots that are basically ignoring me. After many years of collecting these Finnish characters with fond memories of the original cartoon from the early 80s, I feel massively let down that would make Snufkin sad. Out of principle I want the situation escalating to senior managers for a resolution, constructive criticism to improve their e-commerce / after sales service and keep the spirit for the fans of the cartoon alive so everyone is happy in the valley or it’s goodbye @ moomin . com

Good service

Good service, customer support usually replies fast enough, listens to you, gives good advice and is willing to do what they can to help. Of course, they sell very nice items too.

I recently purchased some items from the Moomin Shop and wanted to share my experience. The product itself was of very high quality and met all my expectations. The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly reflect the charm and whimsy of the Moomin brand.

I paid for a moomin for my nephew for…

I paid for a moomin for my nephew for Christmas. It was weeks past Christmas and it still had not arrived, so I reached out to moomin customer service who said they would follow up and “get back asap.” Two more weeks passed with no contact and no product. I contacted them again stating if they did not get in touch with an update I would contact the better business bureau, and they wrote back there had been a warehouse mix up and they thought it had gone out, but it hadn’t. They asked that I be “kind” “because mistakes happen.” They never reached out to me for weeks and essentially had taken my money and never sent out the product. So, I canceled my order. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Never received my parcel.

Never received my plush.. Supposed to arrived on November 28th.

Almost 3 weeks after, nothing, 2 messages to say sorry but do not try to find anyone solution (I Can paste thé messages), 70$ lost - thank you.....

Avoid this plateform, pure amateurism..

Terrible Delivery Experience

Previously I have had a good experience with Moomin, however this time unfortunately it has been terrible. I ordered a gift for my niece living in Dubai, I inputted the address for the delivery as you would presume they are delivering to the recipient, however no, they don't. I only discovered this a few days ago, having places my order nearly a month ago. I have had 15 emails back and forth with Moomin customer service, them taking around 48 hours to respond to each one. They firstly told me it was on its way, it would be delivered soon, then that it was attempted delivery, then thay told me 2 days ago that infact no delivery attempt was made and the package was delivered to a local post office and someone would have to collect it and this is standard, why was I not told this when ordering, I would never have ordered if I had known. Terrible service. It seems they swapped delivery courier from DHL and now Moomin have no control over the delivery. Its really dissapointing as I love Moomin stuff.

Be very wary I think. I won't be ordering again. I still don't have the present nearly a month later.

Fake discounts, no refunds

To begin with, I used a 15% discount in my first order that was redeemed as just “10%”. Then, for my birthday I was given a 20% discount that wasn’t deducted from my second order. After making a formal complaint the customer service is unable to refund any money. If you order from this website, bear in mind that their discounts won’t work and they won’t refund you any money even if you’re entitled to it.

Really slow shipping and no response

It's a month and still have not received my order. Basically got 4 mugs for a friend as a gift and it turned into weeks, nothing. They never gave me a tracking number to begin with. My friend wanted to help so she asked them instead. The only time you get the tracking number is when you ask which is stupid. It also takes DAYS for them to reply to emails. If you have problems try to message them on whatsapp instantly, emailing them is useless. And guess what? After almost a month, IT'S STILL IN GERMANY.
No compensation, no refunds.
Horrible site. Horrible customer service. These mugs are also pricey and I just get emotionally drained dealing with the company.

SCAMMERS!! STAY AWAY

SCAMMERS! Do not buy from this company. I ordered some mugs almost 4 weeks ago, the parcel hasn't arrived, the customer service people are extremely slow at replying, unhelpful and refusing to issue a refund. Stay away from this company, it's completely unprofessional, charging and not delivering.

Unprofessional customer service

Very unprofessional and rigid customer service with slow replies (if you get any). They are very unhelpful and dismissive.
If you want Moomin products, consider other retailers or Ebay.

Bloß nicht bestellen! Ware kommt nicht an

Habe auf moominshop.de bestellt, nachdem die britische Seite mich dahin weiterleitete. DHL behauptet, die Waren seien mit Altersnachweis verschickt und verweigert daher die Zustellung. Die Telefonnummer in der Bestellbestätigung ist nicht vergeben, bei der Nummer im Impressum geht nie jemand dran und auch mehrfache Rückrufbitten bleiben unbeantwortet. Bloß nichts bestellen! Ich muss mir wohl mein Geld über PayPal zurückholen.

Regarding the answer: Since someone from moominshop.de has reached out to me telling me that their English colleague has notified him about this review, I conclude that both shops are connected. By the way, the email send by the employee was extremely impolite and sassy. I have responded politely and am awaiting an answer, after which I will update this review.

Amateure website when selling limited mugs

Just tired of your amateure website - specially when selling special/limited mugs.
When putting the mug in the basket, there should be a some kind og time-reservation, e.g. 10 min., so that we will be able to pay for it in time.
Anything else is just playing your fans for fools. Christ what a joke.
