I ordered first time from montford and co. The website is good and I ordered woolen trousers and Royal Mail delivered it on incorrect address. However due to this Montford and co customer service replaced trouser with another pair for free of charges. However it took 1.5 week to come depends where u based. Extremely happy with product and service.
The item you receive is not the same as advertised. It's quite apparent they are using items from a genuine site and making inferior copies
The clothes are in no way even close to the size they should be, they state returns are easy and give you an address in China, it does not state this in their policy and they don’t pay for returns which is no fault of the customer,
I would NEVER buy from this company again.
Montford & co- is a Chinese rubbish company pretending they are uk based- oh they tell you all sorts nonsense- while they may have a office in uk and Germany they buy all goods from china. Charging uk prices for crap material poorly made garments the uk government should be addressing these companies and protecting consumers they are very misleading and costly - if you have to return any item you have are your cost to return to china.. it takes weeks you get the goods if your returning to china do you think you get your money back, it will not arrive and without arrival no money.. pleseeees do yourself a favour dont fall for the well advertised crap.
