A Positive Experience
After some communication errors online, Alan the owner made sure to correct the mistake as soon as possible, he emailed me personally and sent my package on the quickest shipping to the United States. He also sent a hand written message for me. I appreciate what was done here and I will be shopping here in the future.

Bought some very nice gloves…
Bought some very nice Ziener Gloves which were marked as Ex-Demonstrators. They arrived very promptly and were in perfect condition. I got a free gift of some balm to treat the leather in my gloves too. Excellent customer service and a very happy customer.

Stunning coat!
I managed to find a Didriksons coat in the Montagne Sports sale and it is absolutely stunning! The price was incredible and service excellent. I would certainly recommend this retailer.

I did not get the item I ordered
I did not get the item I ordered. The invoice was correct but the item was a cheaper version of what I ordered. With the postage I would have to pay it would cost me same as a refund so no point returning the item

Responsive, efficient and trustworthy
