A Return Customer
Our latest was a very protracted sale so Monster Moves had to do some chasing up of the client's lawyers. The staff, and Kendra, were always cheerful and helpful.
This was the second house MM have sold for us.

We got there in the end! It was indeed a protracted sale, and I suspect it would've been even longer had we not been chasing on a daily basis. Whilst that isn't normally our responsibility, we were happy to wade in and get that pushed over the finish line. We are delighted that things settled when they did and that this enables you to move on with your next chapter.
Great service
From initial contact to the sale being completed we received great advice and information, everything was carried out efficiently and professionally. All our questions and queries were answered straight away. The house particulars were very well done. Kendra and her staff couldn't have done more.

Great front-end Marketing....but less than stellar service
Monster Moves initially did a great job of marketing the property and getting viewings. However, when a neighboring land issue came up, I feel that Monster Moves made the matter worse. It became far more drawn out and complex than it needed to be, and I didn't feel as though Monster Moves were very proactive in helping to resolve the situation. They essentially stepped back and left me to sort it out. Monster Moves have a virtual monopoly in the area I was selling, so perhaps they don't want or need any extra complexity to draw on their time and resources. However, they were well paid for the sale, and I feel that they didn't do a whole lot to earn it! Additionally, some viewings were cancelled at very late notice with very little feedback on reasons. Overall, I was certainly not blown away by the overall service.

We’re obviously disappointed that we only received 3-stars on this occasion, and are genuinely surprised that you felt less than satisfied with our service. I recall that prior to moving over to Monster Moves, your property was on the market for some time with another agent and had received little to no interest. We were delighted to have generated interest from folk all over the country with our marketing, viewings started almost immediately, and were over the moon that we found that buyer within 2 months! When it came to the boundary issue as estate agents our hands are (frustratingly) tied. Once a formal offer is accepted we are unable to be involved in such matters, this is the responsibility of your solicitor. Up until an offer is accepted we are involved in negotiations and communicated with both you and the owner of the neighbouring property to explore the possibilities of a positive outcome for all, ultimately any change of boundary etc would have to be agreed via solicitors, without our input. Kendra and the team managed to get our property in lots of different publications throughout the world. Which is amazing for a wee cottage in rural sutherland. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

No. 5 was a lovely property to sell, it's funny that even after selling 100's of houses no two are ever the same, even in the same street, each one is as unique as it's owners.

5 star service! The best estate agency in the Highlands. A slick operation the whole team really know their job and you'd be silly to use any other estate agents. I have used Monster moves twice and they are worth every penny.
