C'est une arnaque, pas besoin d'en dire plus.
Ho ne vous tracassez pas, je suis un testeur, j'ai achetez votre objet pour démontrez à ma communauté et à d'éventuel acheteur que votre produit est de mauvaise qualité, que votre publicité est mensongère et que votre produit ne répondra pas au attente de vos potentiel client (oui je sais dans la publicité on a le droit de mentir).
Votre objet est bien pour un enfants , pas pour un adulte ou un professionnel.
Je ne désire pas être remboursé, je suis tout à fait satisfait de mon achat, j'ai clairement put demontré au gens que votre produit c'est de la m . . . .

Non responsive and lousy customer service - I feel I've been scammed
The product arrived after our trip to Turkiye. I requested a full refund and asked for the address to return the merchandise. They said they would send a credit to utilized at 2 websites whose products I am not interested in. I have yet to receive a response to full refund and address to return merchandise. Any queries receive an automated response from a Legal and Compliance.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY LIE AND SAY THEY HAVE SENT THE PRODUCT. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They took my money, and kept saying the delivery was delayed. Made excuses and then sent me an email confirming delivery. I can assure you I have never received the product. Disgusting company. I wasted almost £50 for nothing.

Too good to be true - and it's not! Still not!!
Took an age to arrive but not the main problem. The zoom does not work and the +/- ring has no ridges for finger control and I wonder if it was ever tested before dispatch. Very disappointing after all the hype. Useless to me.
Following the response from Starscope I have twice sent full order details. All I get back is an automatic response saying they have no details of my order.

Attention, il n y a aucun retour possible une fois commande car:
1: le produit ne doit pas etre decelle de son emballage.
Or pour la reception nous sommes obligés de l ouvrir
2: le service client repond sans jamais donner l adresse de retour et joue la montre en attendant les 30 jours.
Une arnaque a evite.
pour verifier les frais de port lors de la commande , vous etes obligés de rentrer votre CB, vous ne voyez aucun frais de port mais la commande se passe automatiquement

What a great product and a great price.
What a great product and a great price. Very useful for hunting or mountain hikes. I love looking at the birds which this starscope helps me to view so well. The delivery was good and the packaging was excellent. Very happy with my purchase.

Very poor logistic
this. Deliver6guy called me with a block number. He told he was in front of the building, went downstairs and he was no where to be found. Really don't know wich building he was at. Very poor organization and logistic. Really regret the purchase wish I can get my money back.
