ARNAQUE MONSTRE STARSCOPE
Et voilà, une de plus qui se fait gruger ! J'ai demandé ce monoculaire à mon fils pour Noël et comme il est arrivé avec la lentille démontée (eh oui) et qu'en plus, j'ai beau tourner la bague de réglage dans tous les sens, rien ne se passe comme décrit dans leur "fabuleuse" publicité, j'ai envoyé 2 mails avec le numéro de commande et je n'ai aucune réponse, évidemment !
En lisant les avis clients (hélas après au lieu d'avant), je constate, amère, que mon fils a enrichi des arnaqueurs, bravo la Chine, continuez à nous prendre pour des pigeons mais la roue tourne et un jour, vos arnaques vous reviendront en pleine face et vous ne nous aurez plus comme clients. C'est d'une malhonnêteté sans nom et ça me donne envie de vomir (beurk) !

I can't get any info on my order …
I can't get any info on my order from Dec 1st. I've tried email, telephone and this. I haven't received my order even though I have given them my order number my email address and they keep giving me the runaround telling me that they they found the order they shipped it well I don't have any confirmation from anybody about anything so I'm really upset. I'd like a refund on my order because I haven't received it. I ordered it December 1st for a Christmas present and nobody is willing to help me so I would like a refund ASAP

Still waiting for my order since September ! They were more than happy to take my $222. I have sent them more than a Dozen emails from being very subtle up to more straight to the point and all you get back is that they are following it up . This Company is a Complete SCAM and should be removed from advertising there SCaMS on Social Media 😡😡My last ditch effort is to get my $$$$ back through PPay PALL and Black List these Theives🤬🤬

I ordered 3 x Starscope Monocular Telescope not delivered after 7 weeks
I ordered Starscope Monocular Telescope G1.1 - 3 Units order number 2219846031 order date 10/21/2022.
Tracking info was received 3 weeks later, but now it says "Your delivery status is not available. Please contact the retailer for the correct tracking link and more information about your order."
It is now 7 weeks, and I get no response to email, or your contact formula

J’ai bien fait de venir lire les avis TrustPilot avant d’acheter.
Ce qui m’a mis la puce à l’oreille, c’est de voir que les 5 avis (à 5 étoiles) sur leur site sont tous écrits dans un français impeccable, sans aucune coquille orthographique.
Les réponses aux avis sur TrustPilot sont tout simplement magiques… ou devrais-je dire robotiques.
Même si vous n’avez pas acheté le produit (une belle arnaque d’après ce qu’on lit comme avis), Monique ou Keeshia se fendront d’un « Désolée d’apprendre que vous avez eu une mauvaise expérience. Merci de nous communiquer votre numéro de commande pour résoudre votre problème. » (ou un texte du même acabit).
C’est magnifique !
D’ailleurs, vérifiez par vous-même.
Je n’ai pas acheté ce monostarscope de pacotille, j’ai mis une étoile pour avoir une réaction et voyez la réponse ci-dessous (dans quelques jours a priori)…

strascope ...piège à CONSommateurs !
je regrette de ne pas avoir consulté ce site avant mon achat car au vu des clients escroqués, je me serai abstenu mais au lieu de ça j'ai rejoint la cohorte des gogos qui se sont faits pigeonner par un gadget CHINOIS...comme d'hab'. Ce machin n'aura fait illusion que sur une seule séance de tir sportif avant de rejoindre la malle des escroqueries de l'empire du milieu.J'ai commandé car nulle part on ne parlait de l'origine et j'ai cru qu'il viendrait d'allemagne mais la poste, finaude, m'a réclamé 12€ de droits de douane car non CEE.En fait on fait des paquets en chine qu'on envoie en allemagne pour leurrer l'acheteur. Aussi, je déconseille fortement cette cochonnerie qui a déjà bien remplie les poches des marg - oulins à l'origine de cette arnaque et vu les conditions de retour , je laisse tomber.
En gros j'ai perdu 70€...damned !

GROSSE ARNAQUE
Une honte, une escroquerie affiché en grand sur le net avec de soit disant avis 5 étoiles sur leur site. Un gadget digne d'un cadeau pour un enfant de 5 ans. Délais d'encaissement immédiat, délais de livraison 1 mois avec à l'arrivée 10€ de taxe de soit disante douane. Impossible d'avoir un justificatif de paiement, je regrette amèrement de mettre fait avoir de la sorte...
La cerise sur le gâteau, Starscope vous répond en étant désolé et demandant votre n°de commande pour arranger les choses sans aucun aboutissement...

Partial items sent. I received both monocular star scopes, but only one mount and cleaning cloth.
