I ordered the soho coffee table, it said on the site at the time that the product would be shipped in 3 days. I waited for a week, received an email saying product is backordered and it would take 6 weeks. I was in no hurry, so I decided to wait. Sent an email 6 weeks later, and I was told it would take another 4 weeks. Kept checking with them over email. After 6 months of not receiving the product, I asked for a refund. Did not receive a reply, then charged back through the credit card company. I did a reverse image search of the coffee table, and I found the original seller website in India. Turns out Modholic is a drop shipping company at best, and and outright scamsters at worst.

I strongly advise anyone considering Modholic to think twice before placing an order.
I have yet to receive the chairs from my order, and despite making over 10 phone calls and sending at least 7 emails, I’ve received absolutely no meaningful response. No updates, no accountability, no customer service—nothing. They do not answer their phones, and emails go ignored.
At this point, the lack of communication is as concerning as the failure to deliver the product. This is not a minor delay—it’s a complete breakdown in basic business responsibility.
I am now pursuing action through small claims court and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Do yourself a favor: stay away from this company.

I have now tried calling customer service about 100 times (not an exaggeration) and emailed asking for a refund... NO RESPONSE...

My fiance and I ordered an item and were charged over $1200. The item was never sent and it’s been over a month. I have requested a refund via email and never got an answer. Now they don’t answer via phone, email or chat. Do NOT order from this company unless you are ok throwing away money.

I ordered two chairs, they said it would take three weeks to deliver. On the fourth week, with no delivery, I asked where my order was. They said three more weeks. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. They have not responded. DO NOT order from this company

I placed an order for a dining set (one table, two chairs) on 12/28/2025. As of 2/9/2026, I received some parts, but not all, of the dining set I ordered. I am therefore unable to use it - the chairs are in two pieces! Customer service does not respond. I have come to the conclusion that this company is a complete scam.

Ordered a table and chairs. I was moving to a new house so asked them to hold the date on the chairs until I was there (they were in stock). It was 2 weeks I asked for. They said yes. Then by the time I’d moved in, the c he airs were out of stock and it took 5 months to get them. When they arrived, one was missing assembly hardware. 2 months later, still waiting despite periodic insurances they’ve sent the parts. Do not order from these folks. The furniture was great once it was here but customer service is a nightmare

Extremely poor quality of materials & craftsmanship. Original package we received contained the wrong parts, so assembly was impossible. Seven weeks later, we received the correct parts, but the assembled coffee table was so unstable that we had to return it. This is trash.

I purchased a table and chairs set in March 2025. The table arrived over the summer. It is October 1 and I’m still waiting for the four chairs. This is the worst online buying experience I have ever encountered. Modholic is deceptive, unreliable, and flat out lies. After literally months of being strung along by them, I am ready to move forward with alternative remedies. No way should this company have any stars or trust. They are a bait and switch fraud.

Lastly, the quality of the table that I did receive (missing the 4 chairs advertised with the set) is mediocre at best. There are way better knock offs out there, and legitimate, honest companies to buy them from. Buyer beware. Modholic will take your money and never send the product.

We ordered a couple of chairs that didn't quite work for us, and wanted to return them. Complete radio silence — no one answers the phone, no one responds to email. Avoid at all cost.

Hi oh my the chairs are great had so many fun comments on them, love them! And even the delivery guy said they are so different and unique!!

Even though the shipping was delayed I was informed of what the new schedule was. Love my new chairs. Perfect for outside.

I love the 4 chairs I ordered and have ordered 2 more to accommodate my dining table that sits six.
When I reached a person in customer service to assist with an update on late delivery, they were friendly, helpful and professional. The chairs arrived intact a couple of weeks later and look great.

You guys, are bloody looters. No feelings for human sentiments. You'll ask for the account number to refund the money and then keep the person in a loop. You'll will never be happy for fooling people. The money that you guys have taken from each and every person and enjoying it. You'll will cry cry for fooling us. Watch out for robbing people, your karma will take care of you'll.

This chair is absolutely stunning!! It’s a true perfect red. Smooth and great quality. I highly recommend this chair. It’s comfortable. It can be for an adult or children room. Gift for my grandson birthday and loved it.
