If I could score less I would. On the 3rd of February I had 4 new Bridgestone tyres fitted to my car. Unfortuantely, while fitting the tyres the car was damaged on a wheel rim and also the front bumper. After initailly agreeing to pay for the damage, by email from the Area Manager, by way of bank transfer for the cost of the tyres their headoffice has not contacted me despite numerous emails and phones to them. I've had to cancel repair work now on 4 occasions. Today I have logged a case agaisnt Modern Tyres in the Small Claims court. Avoid at all costs.

Update: After 6 weeks and opening a Small Claims case they have now paid. I won't be back there, ever.

I was attend the Bestdrive Midleton co.Cork shop for changing the oils and filters to my 6 y.o.car. I paid for full service and when was driving to home, suddenly all possible warning alerts icons came up to my dashboard. I returned to the garage asked what is going on with my car. The mechanic took out the alerts. When I was driving home all over pop up again. I called on the phone to the shop on the middle of the road, the service said the aren't able to resolve these issues.
Besides of that I feel now the pedal vibration and engine and gearbox delay in response to actions. I see that it is dangerous to drive car in this condition. I asked the shop for refund, it was refused as well.
I am aware if anything will be happened on the road with my car, that is direct fault of Besdrive or Modern Tyres shop Midleton Co.Cork team.
