1 star is one star to much for this company. Got sent the wrong product by no fault of my own. Been trying to return the product for my refund but no one from this company replies to my emails. I have sent nine different emails with no reply also sent messages through their messaging service and still no reply. Been purchasing products online for many years and this is most definitely the worst experience I've ever encountered. Would advise not to purchase anything from this company.

Ordered wrong key cover will not refund although their return policy clearly states you can return within 14 days of not entirely happy avoid this company as of many reviews on here they do this all the time my advice AVOID this company!!!!!!!

i have spent the last 2 months trying to return my order as they dont fit my keys you can also buy the same cheap key covers on amazon

Very poor, cheap quality plastic. Did not even fit the key.
Do not waste your money. Wish I had checked the reviews before I wasted my money.

This exlusivekeys.net is ok but two months of waiting key cover to arrive is not ok

Was told I would get product in 4 to 7 days. Needless to say I never got them. No answers to emails either. SCAM DONT BUY!!!

Did take longer to come but they where very on hand to explain that it was on its way very well packed and sealed looks great and fits perfectly will use them again for other cars one happy costumer

I ordered it a week ago and it has just arrived. The quality honestly surprised me, it feels premium and well made.

I absolutely love how it looks on my keys, it gives them a much nicer and more stylish touch. Definitely worth it in my opinion. I would order again.

I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews here. My experience with Exclusive Keys has been really good.

Yes, shipping took a few days (as expected), but everything arrived safely and exactly as described. The quality surprised me in a good way, much better than I was expecting for the price.

I also contacted customer service to ask about my order and they replied within a reasonable time and were helpful and polite.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely order again.

Terrible customer service!
Ordered in November 2025 still no delivery, it's now February 2026!
It seems it's just a scam .
Don't order off these people

Ordered 29 Dec, Heard nothing until 12 Jan, after chasing key case up. Told them to cancel order, then received no correspondence, until I received key case 2 weeks later. After receiving the case it doesn't fit, and I have been sending emails about returning for a refund, but have nothing vack. So I'm sending them 20 emails a day to spam them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Very disappointed! From the quality of items to its delivery. I felt ripped off! Cheap material. No authenticity in the product. Package arrived in cheap material plastic and not as shown on the website. 1 item was even missing- the key chain. Spent over $57 NZD for less than $5 worth of items! Scam and fraud vibes!

After reaching out to their customer service chat, all I received from them was "Hi, Alex here from Exclusive keys. Dear customer, We are sorry for inconvenience. Please send an email to us. We will try to help you as soon as possible. Thanks." Even after sending an email with my grievances, still nothing from them nor any acknowledgement, nobody from Exclusive keys have reached out to me since then.

I need my refund! DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them, they are a fraud and scamming company! You have been warned.

Product arrived, eventually and its not designed for the car fob I have, even though the car model, type etc where provided. I contacted them on receipt but still not had a reply.

They sent the wrong colour and attempts to contact the seller by e-mails which they don't answer

Order my jey fob on the 1st January. Apparently it was sent out 4th January. Still haven't received it and they are NOT answering my emails. Totally dire. If I could give them -10 I would!

Terrible plastic cover, doesn't cover the key properly and just not worth the money

Terrible. Ordered it on November 18 and it is now the 20th of December 2025 and I still have not received it and probably never will. I highly recommend you do not use this site. Much better to head Amazon. Always read the reviews
