Great communication on order from customer service and delivery company, product is beautiful and well made, would definitely use this company again, reason for 4 star, from order to delivery was over 5 weeks

The product I needed wasn't in stock elsewhere.
I was happy to find it here, and it was delivered quickly. A great purchase.

This is a con site.
They advertise for one thing and sell something else.
I will never use this site again.

Covers are very waterproof. They are meant to have holes on each corner for ties but one out of the 2 covers didn’t have holes in one corner, hmmm, strange! The other one had holes on all 4 corners

I’m really sad given how offended Matt was when I initially left a review & being promised there was a mistake, & he’d have it sorted asap, yet here we are!

I’ve had to resort to to reporting them to trading standards after being pushed from pillar to post with faulty maze furniture! £1500 on outdoor furniture that hasn’t been useable for two summers, with them now discontinuing the range & being either promised by Matt that he was ‘on it’ & then being ignored for weeks despite chasing CONSTANTLY, and then being told I’m now out of warranty & they’d issue a 10% goodwill refund.. for unusable furniture!

It’s not worth saving a few quid to purchase via modern rattan! Buy direct from the manufacturer as if anything goes wrong, the manufacturer can’t assist until Modern Rattan contact them & modern rattan just kick cans down the road to pass the buck or delay you until evidently out of warranty!

Very happy with product was a delay with delivery but all good in the end

The pergola arrived after 6 weeks of waiting so we’ve missed most of the lovely weather, which is a same, however, the delivery was fantastic. They bought it right into the garden and placed on the patio. The pergola itself seems good so far.

Ordered a furniture set based on stated lead times. After order, no communication received on likely dispatch. Unable to get through by phone (despite multiple attempts), no response to email and only vague responses to chat function such as "any day now".
UPDATE: Thanks for the offer to look into this if I email you details, however you already have an email from me dated 12 September to which you have not yet replied. Why don't we start there.

Order took a bit longer than expected to arrive however I do get this wasn’t their fault entirely. However the garden furniture was better than the expected, very nice and easy to put together.

Ordered a set of garden furniture after having an absolute nightmare with Robert Dyas! Modern Rattan were a pleasure to deal with and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The furniture is fantastic but then we already have a MAZE set so aware of the quality. Dropped a star as we desperately wanted the set for the Bank Holiday weekend but sadly they couldn't deliver in time so delivery was a little slower than a larger more well known company such as Amazon could have done. Apart from that, highly recommend Modern Rattan for your garden furniture needs.

Fantastic service from this company, I ordered wrong product online, was no problem called me within 5 mins of a chat and arranged the right order. Was delivered within a few days, text a delivery slot and they were early. Lovely delivery team too.
Furniture it’s great quality and looks amazing.

The corner suite has received many compliments for its elegant design, soft cushions & pale grey. I LOVE it.
