I want to share my experience so others don’t go through the same suffering.

I hired this company to install gates, and it has been nothing but problems. Within the second week, the gates stopped working. Despite calling many times, I never received proper support or even an invoice for the work.

The person named Kareem presented everything well at the start, but he subcontracted the job to other people. A man from Southall (originally from Bangladesh) installed the gates using very poor-quality materials, and another person named Gurvinder Singh came to do the intercom. The workmanship was extremely bad – after just two years, the gates are already rusting.

When I contacted Kareem, he avoided responsibility. The installer from Bangladesh admitted that it was Kareem’s job and that Kareem took the money. Kareem simply stopped answering my calls. I later managed to reach Gurvinder, who told me the company even owes him £10,000 for his work!

This shows how dishonest and unprofessional the company is. They don’t answer customer calls, they subcontract without accountability, and they refuse to provide invoices. Even when I tried calling from another number, they picked up – but they ignore me when I call from my own.

As a mother with children, I have suffered a lot. I spent a large amount of money, but my gates don’t work, and I am now forced to involve my solicitor. Another repair company told me they can’t even fix the gates without knowing how these were installed – that’s how bad the job was.

Please don’t waste your money. The good reviews you see online are fake – trust me. I live in Guildford, and anyone who wants to verify my experience is welcome to contact me.

I truly regret dealing with this company, and I hope this review saves others from going through the same. One more thing when I first reviewed on this company Karen asked me to delete and he promised me he will fix the issues but after deleting the review from he again ignoring my called I have no obtion to review again to making other’s aware.
They asking others relatives to put fake reviews so please don’t scammed with this company. No one is fixing my gates I’m in position to all gates not working and I also asked them for the invoices which they are not give me.
Other companies asking me the invoices so they can get the door fix but they are not giving me invoices.
