Excellent delivery service from Zia! He was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout. He delivered my bed safely and on time, and handled everything with great care. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Zia. Thank you!

Communication was absolutely fantastic. Politeness & professional. The bed is superb can’t wait to sleep in it tonight. 100% recommend. 5 star service.

Really impressed with the service from start to finish. The bed was delivered on time and Zia was absolutely brilliant. He was friendly, professional and took great care when bringing everything in and assembling the bed.

The assembly was done quickly and efficiently, and he left everything neat and tidy afterwards. It’s always reassuring when someone takes pride in their work, and Zia was a real credit to the company.

Would definitely recommend the delivery and assembly service — excellent customer service!

My bed was delievered on thursday teatime, upon trying to put it together, it can not be assembled, the slit and fixtures for the headboard are not correct, so the headboard can not be attached ptoperly… the sizing does not match the base.
I messaged the driver, bit rude in asking who assembeled from the pictures. I have emailed the returns and concerns and awaiting a response.
Devestated, as the bed did cost alot of money.
On the flip side, the base and bedding box are beautiful 😊

Zia delivered our bed today with great service, on time, very helpful
. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from Zia. He went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, coming early on a Sunday morning to make the delivery work for me. He was punctual, friendly, polite, and very professional. I really appreciate his flexibility and willingness to help. A great service and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Zia!

Zia delivered our bed today and was very helpful and friendly. He called a day in advance to arrange the delivery time, which was great as we weren’t waiting in all day for a long delivery window. We had issues fitting the headboard up the stairs and he immediately came up with a solution to split the headboard and offered to redeliver within the week.

Very good professional and helpful service from Zia and tanny! Thank you!

Just had Zia and his team round. Spot on. Really quick and the bed looks magnificent. I was working downstairs and didn't even notice. Thanks very much guys
