I ordered beds through Mo second time and both times all 5 beds were amazing. Workmanship and they last a long time. The quality is insane and the customer service! Thank you so much Mo best in the game!

So pleased with the bed, we ordered samples first of the material, and wasn’t disappointed when it arrived. the delivery guys were great, and put it together in no time. Communication was spot on throughout. The ottoman has so much storage underneath. Highly recommend Bed Choices.

I ordered my bed 2 weeks ago, arrived the Friday later. Two men arrived, put the bed up within 30 minutes. They will call you 2 days prior to make sure you can confirm the order of the bed you order just to clarify everything. Both men were friendly, I'm in love with my bed and new mattress. I recommend this bedding company. The bed look exactly like the picture online too. I'm very happy 10/10

Had my delivered today it looks amazing the customer service has been amazing and the guy on the phone was really helpful. They called me before to check the headboard would fit up the stairs and gave specific delivery information.

I ordered the Herringbone Luxury Panelled Bed with Contrast Black Piping in a King Size and was not disappointed. Beautiful quality, quick delivery and a great price. I paid for the installation and I’m so glad I did as the gents promptly took the bed to my bedroom, kindly removed their shoes as I’d just had a new carpet fitted and set the bed up for me. 5⭐️ service and communication. Highly recommend.

Great service. I had a mishap with my bed and within the same week the issue had been rectified. The bed frame is also soft and easy to assemble. Cannot fault them. I would easily order from them again and again and again.

Bought my bed through Debernhams website. Was very pleased with my bed and mastress. Despite delay in delivery the communication was very good and issues resolved swiftly. Recommend and would buy again. Would have loved to share photos.

I ordered a Florida bed set from Bed Choices and unfortunately received the wrong size headboard, which was too small for the frame. When I contacted customer service, I was disappointed to be told that the error was likely mine. After calls and having to follow up myself, a replacement headboard of the correct size was finally delivered about a week later but it arrived damaged.
Additionally, I was asked to hold onto the incorrect headboard for nearly two weeks before it was collected. Overall, the process was frustrating, communication was poor, and the customer service was unhelpful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Bed Choices.

Absolutely fantastic experience with bed choice. I got the 90" head board with ottoman gas lift didn't take to long and very responsive when messaging. Delivered on time by a nice gentleman, couldnt recommend them enough. Thank you

awful service, don’t even think to deal with this company again, rude and unprofessional, ordered waited, when the size of bed couldn’t be fitted , made agreement to cut headboard, the guy decided to make his own size headboard without my permission , really bad experience, I cancelled the order and got the refund , won’t recommend them

I was so undecided on who to use for my bed, I chose the paris with gas lift ottoman. After calling bed choice a week ago, asking if they could delover in a short time frame, they went above and beyond for me. They delivered my bed for the weekend. The 2 guys who came, were great, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend bed choice to anyone looking for a new bed.

I recently purchased the Arizona ottoman bed and am extremely pleased with both the product and the service provided. The bed is of high quality and the gas lift storage is an excellent feature that allows for efficient use of the space underneath. I opted for the installation service and the company contacted me the day before delivery to confirm the date and provide an estimated time of arrival - which they met as promised. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience. I would definitely order from this company again.

I got so stressed out and spent hours and hours a day for weeks looking for a bed company looking at reviews on all platforms and just didn't feel comfortable I had 2 companys with it in my basket for weeks I finally took the plunge and got it from bed choices as there reviews was the best still didn't feel comfortable though done it on clearpay and still wasnt 100% I AM SOOO GLAD I WENT WITH BED CHOICE it was easy to use the website so got the small double ARIZONA solid base ottoman bed in grey with a 60 inch head board and the HOUSTON matress for my daughters new bedroom I got a email straight away then got another email confirming it again, then I had 6 phone calls over a few days to check all the info was correct and to confirm the day of delievery day and time. So I felt so much better getting the phone calls. The person(s) I spoke to every time was friendly n polite, the day it was getting delivered they turnt up in the 1st hour of my time slot the delievery guys were great, they were polite,helpful and funny. I got the bed put up a day later as the bedroom wasn't quite finished, n was still assembling other new furniture for her room it took about 10/15 mins to put up. wen we got to attaching the gas struts they just wouldn't go down, I called bed choices explained what was happening and sent a video, within 1 day new struts arrived. But still couldn't get the bed to go down, I had a video call with someone which again was a lovely bloke he was very helpful and helped us over a video call And the bed went down. The Bed is absolutely beautiful and the mattress is lovely and thick with aloe vera. Its so comfy I am so glad I went with my gut and went with bed choices from the start to finish was so easy everyone i spoke to was lovely friendly helpful polite understanding. The beds. are beautiful, so much so that I will be getting a king size for my room next so happy if I could give 10 stars I would 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (will also put video on there site and pictures really wish u could put pictures on here. ❤️❤️

Excellent service. Bed was delivered so quickly. They made so much effort to ring and double check size and colour and inform me about delivery. Two delivery guys were amazing. Great service. Over the moon.

Honest reviewer here - I’m in love with this bed. I wasn’t sure what the quality would be like as there weren’t many photos on the reviews. I ordered through Debenhams, and there weren’t any reviews at all on there. I was reluctant, but purchased this and am delighted!!

No issues with delivery, on time, good communication.

It doesn’t come with instructions, instead there are like little videos on the website and tbh they’re more useful to me. Really happy would recommend anyone to buy. Thanks so much !!!!

Where do we start with this joke of a company.
Ordered a bed through Debenhams to then get a phone call off these to tell us they would deliver our bed on. Wednesday 13th
Wednesday cones gets another phone call to say it would be Friday.Friday cones no bed we phone them to tell us no no Sunday
Sunday comes bed arrives and dumped on the doorstep at 4.30
Upon opening the bed the bottom of the bed had 2 black marks 2 of the screws were broke the bed didn’t line up properly
Phoned to tell them of the condition of the bed to be told well I can’t see down a phone can I
Was told they would phone to arrange compensation
Needles to say still waiting
Poor communication poor customer service poor quality
Pictures there to prove everything

I cannot recommend this company enough. I called them explaining how another company had let us down and if I was to place an order would it be delivered in time and from that first phone call nothing was to much trouble they absolutely excelled themselves the quality of the frame and mattress is excellent and the communication has been first class. Thank you so so much. Fantastic Company
