The ladies on Moda TikTok are fabulous, friendly and always willing to get you what you require.
I have so much Moda swimwear to last me so many holidays but I'll still go for more. Totally addicted even when not buying. Thank you ladies 🥰

5 STARS. Have bought multiple bikinis from here now and they're the best quality. There are always so many amazing deals on Tiktok live and the girls and Brandon over one the lives work so so hard to always find whatever everyone is asking for. Bikini's are so versatile as well, if my usual size isn't available I can always find one that will fit where a lot of them are tie side. Couldn't recommend any more xxxxxx

Absolutely amazing bikinis they are for any age and any body shape I’ve got at least 30 bikini sets from this company and the customer service is always so helpful and they always try to help

I strongly advise against shopping at Moda Minx. I ordered bikinis that I was really looking forward to, but I never received the items. I've been waiting for two months for my order, and the tracking number I was given was false. My money is now gone, and the customer service is unhelpful and unresponsive to my inquiries. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Having purchased 3 x bikinis at £50 each, I had to return one due to two of the jewels coming out of the bikini. I had worn it once and followed the washing instructions, which was hand wash only. I washed all three bikinis the same and it only happened to one.
I emailed the company and never received a response I contacted them on web chat and instagram and didn’t receive a single reply.
I sent the item back via Royal Mail which cost me over £5 to receive the said faulty item back stating they could smell
Washing powder on it as they had done the washing powder test?? Course you are going to use a cleaning item when you hand wash what else would you use?? It needs to be cleaned. The item is faulty, the other two bikinis I washed exactly the same and there fine, but this company refuse to exchange a faulty item that had been worn once.
Absolutely appalling customer service , the worst place I have ever brought from. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Appalling customer service or should I say no customer service. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

A total scam. Do not buy from them. Placed an order with next day delivery. It’s been a week and nome of my emails were answered, no order dispatched. I will travel tomorrow without my order. Avoid this company at all costs !!!

The customer service is appalling - 4 weeks later and still no order delivered - they make you pay extra taxes even if it says no on the website - they do not reply to emails.

I am extremely disappointed with Moda Minx. My girlfriend ordered a £50 bikini from them, and the size was wrong. She has been trying to contact their customer service for over two weeks now, but no one is helping. They eventually said they don't do refunds and only offer store credit for swimwear, which is already bad enough. However, the real issue is that they aren't even providing the store credit.

We're going on holiday in 4 days, and my girlfriend is completely stuck. She can't order a new size because the previous bikini will be returned for store credit, meaning she'll lose money. This is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs if you don't want to deal with terrible customer service and policies that leave you high and dry.

Absolutely in love with moda minx bikinis 👙 they are so flattering I always get complimented on them 🤩 I need them all 🤲 the details are just beautiful such a wide range of styles and Colours too 💕 delivery has always been quick I will definitely be ordering more for my next holiday 🌞

Terrible customer service - constantly ignored my emails and had to wait over a month for a £60 store credit when the bikinis I sent back hadn’t been used , had all the labels and hygiene stickers on and were totally re sellable. Would 100% NOT recommend

The colours and fabric and amazing! I love the jewel details too - so cool!
They really stand out from the other swimwear brands & I will be buying more.
Delivery is speedy & the packaging is really premium!
