Absolutely dreadful service, disgustingly lazy driver did not even attempt to alight my stairs or the other four neighbours parcels he left OUTSIDE our apartment near a main road .

Only one of the two items that were ordered arrived, and upon telling that to the company I was asked to take time out of my day to go and print out for to sign it and send it back due to an error they made !

This is of course extremely concerning to us, I can see that you did contact our customer service team directly, who have since raised this to our warehouse management to find out how this happened and investigations will be ongoing
