Disappointing
For a tyre specialist they did not have the right valve even though they knew which one it needed as they had our car details. So now I still need to buy and change the valve while I would have rather have paid a small extra and have it all sorted on the day.

We attended the job, and on inspection of the fault, I found your old TPMS sensors had not been removed by the previous fitter, so it was loose and rolling around within your tyre. I can only assume this caused your current issue as your current TPMS sensor had a swollen battery and had come loose. I explained to you that the faulty TPMS sensor would need to be tested and I did not have these facilities on the side of the road, it was agreed with you that a rubber valve would be fitted until you got the TPMS sensor tested by Land Rover and refitted if safe.
I explained to both you, over the phone, and to your husband who was present with me at the time the issue that I had found. You agreed for me to continue with the rubber valve so you could get back on the road safely, and then for you to take the damaged valve to be tested.
Fitting the swollen one could have been dangerous and caused you further issues. Our company, London's Mobile Tyres Fitting value our customers and we wouldn't do anything to jeopardise our customers safety

We were stuck along way from home. The fitter was polite dealt with our problem and allowed us to safely get home. Even swapping a wheel to make the journey safe and comfortable.

Fact this company managed to locate a tyre that not carried in many tyre places across the country, collect and deliver & fit within 2 hours where I was stranded was above and beyond. The tyre fitter was great and efficient

First Class Service from Ash! 🙌🏼
Ash came to the rescue when my tyre popped on the M25 at 4:00 am on the way to Heathrow to catch an early flight. First class service! Ash was amazing and got to us within 30 minutes of the call out.
