Honestly so seamless. Sent phone off in their packaging (which I received next day from when I placed my order) they then received it the next morning, and i was paid out same day. So I sent the phone Thursday afternoon and had the money in my bank Friday afternoon. Amazing fast service. Very impressed and will happily use them again

I was abit weary about this as I'd not heard of this website but after looking through reviews and information online it seemed legit and they were offering more than anywhere else price wise. It sounded too good to be true but I was pleasantly surprised! The whole process was simple, quick and clear from start to finish. My pack arrived the following day with clear instructions, prepaid postage through royal mail, next day before 1pm devilvery and tracking provided for peace of mind. Sure enough they received it the next day and contacted me promptly, they needed me to sign the documents and email over some extra information like proof or ID. I did so and half an hour later I got another email to say it had been approved and money was in my account almost instantly. Would 100% use again. Much better than bigger names like music magpie and CEX!
