THIS COMPANY SUCKS! I have reached out to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and have filed a formal complaint, its been almost 4 months, WAY PAST 90 days! The order was placed on DEC 28th for 96.13 and it was never shipped. the status never changed since jan 3rd. They keep telling me bs, i am taking them to small claims court! SCREW THEM!!!! I WANT MY REFUND!!!! WORST EXPIERENCE EVER

Very comfortable and light weight. My feet and legs dont hurt after a 16 hour shift anymore. Best purchase I've made in a long time!

Total scam, they take your money and do not deliver a product. Do not follow for this company fake promises

I wouldn’t use on Black Friday, last year, and it still hasn’t arrive over 110 days and the company still won’t help me.

Don’t buy anything from Mlo. I placed an order November 2022 and it is now March 2023 and I still haven’t received the shoes. They have no customer service number so all contact is done via email. I have written them countless emails and every time get the run around about getting with their logistics team and the courier and at this point I have lost all patience being told the same thing. I have asked for a refund and they say they can’t do that till I get the shoes. But at this rate I feel like that is unlikely to happen in this calendar year or ever. So basically I am out the $100 I spent on the shoes. I reported them to the BBB and am ready to take legal action. It seems like a small amount to go to small claims court but at this point there needs to be some type of accountability on their part. This is the worst. Again DO NOT ORDER FROM MLO. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you order with them you will never see your shoes and take a loss of $100.

This company is a scam. They take orders and don't deliver the shoes. Do not buy from this company.

I placed an order in November and still have not received my order (it is March). The first two orders I placed with this company came but unfortunately not my third order. I lost out on $120.00 Because I never got my order and no one ever answers the customer service. I would highly recommend avoiding this company if you do not want to have your money wasted.

Terrible customer service. More of a scam company. Bought the shoes yesterday and tried to get a refund, but supposedly same BS that everyone here is experiencing. We can't refund it bc it's in production??? Makes no sense bc it says order is unfulfilled and it has been no less than 24hrs. Save yourself the hassle and don't purchase from this company if they are even a real company.

They have absolutely horrible customer service and they definitely have a site full of lies. First of all their site clearly states that orders will ship same day or next business day depending on the time it was placed. Placed 2 separate orders for 3 shoes. 6 days later, nothing has shipped. Reached out to customer service for a cancellation, which according to their FAQs on the site states that orders can be cancelled and refunded so long as they have not shipped, which they haven’t. Yet the person that responded to my request declined to do so and gave some bs excuse. And told me I basically have to wait 2 weeks just. For it to ship then go through the return process. I’m excuse me, your supply chain and production issues are not my problem as the consumer. So forcing me to be inconvenienced for your shortcomings in not acceptable. I will be disputing all charges with my card company since you all refuse to cancel and refund the order since nothing I paid for in received and you’re being difficult.

The product is good the c only v thing bi don't v like is the long shipping time. 14 business days just to ship out, that's more than 2 weeks..

It took so long to get finally get my package i order it in November 30 and didn't get it until march 07 which is unacceptable time frame to get your package.

ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter for her Christmas gift. I am yet to receive it in almost 4 months. No email from the merchant to advise me of the delay

It’s going on a month and I still haven’t received the shoes. Bought shoes from here before and the experience was better but this time has been really bad.

What went wrong is that I never received my merchandise. This is my last cry out for help. After that I'm taking it to my social media platform....

My last order never showed up. Company requires it be missing for 90 days before they will issue a refund or replacement. Im ay 112 days. Had to threaten company with FTC and BBB complaints to finally get my refund. Shoes are amazing if they ever show up
