Paid dedicated GPU server never delivered, refund still not received

▎ On 10 Oct 2026 I paid 25,750 RUB: 25,000 for a dedicated GPU server and 750 for IPv4. I ordered a ready-made configuration whose product card said "deployed within 24 hours". The public offer (clause 7.4) allows up to 5 calendar days for setup. The server was never delivered.

▎ What happened:
▎ - 11 Oct: support said they don't build servers on weekends and promised the server on Monday.
▎ - 12–16 Oct: no server. Support stopped replying for a while and then kept promising the server later.
▎ - 15 Oct: the 5-day deadline from the offer passed.
▎ - 15 Oct: I sent a written refund request. Support closed the ticket without replying and cancelled the order.
▎ - 16 Oct: the refund was approved with a promise that the money would arrive within 7 days.
▎ - 23 Oct: no money. Support said refunds go through their card payment processor. My bank said no refund had been received.
▎ - 24 Oct: support said they can't help on weekends and told me to wait until Monday.

▎ As of 24 Oct 2026 the money (26,500 RUB, including my unused balance) has not been returned.

On the technical side, IPMI is not included by default on their dedicated GPU servers. When I asked about it, support confirmed it is not provided by default but said they can add it on request👎👎👎

This platform allows us to pay with crypto, that's OK.
After the topup, the balance does not change, and the support team does not respond to my tickets.

I keep losing connection to my vps server
I wrote a ticket but they never responded
This morning it was down again
I will never use it again
