Customer service was quick to respond, and had the correct solution the first time. They understood my issue, and provided an easy step by step solution.

I could not get key to activate. tried to contact company and they never contacted me back. I contacted Microsoft for assistance. The MS tech remoted to my pc and attempted to use the key and it was rejected because it was declared invalid by the activation server according to him.

I had a unique problem that they were able to resolve in a timely manner.

I purchased the wrong Windows version product key and they made it right. Even on a major holiday they fixed my mistake. The correct key was provided and worked immediately. Thanks again!

Sent you an e-mail - wrong product and asked for help. No support - no help. No future with your company without help - Beware as the UK company is hard to communicate with for help ---

When does key did not work? The customer service did answer me within a day with a new code. This went back-and-forth four or five times with the customer service agent telling me if the next one did not work, he would send me my refund so I tried that it did not work. I asked him for the refund and he never answered me again so I spent $20 and never got anything.

I downloaded and installed the product on my computer. Then I went to enter the Product Key and received a message the product was not valid.

I then sent two emails to two different emails at your support desk and never received a response about my problem.

Good customer service

Got two emails of receipts and thank you for purchase, but no activation key email.

Sent sales email request for product key and no response.

ordered it, payed for it and got the "key". no problems.

I called support tech for my product key from installation ID numbers of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021. They said it's no good. Mks Keys offered that replacement new product key without phone. It's working. No delay. about 1/2 hours from I got new product key number. That's great. I will tell my friends about Mks Keys's business.

I was satisfied with the product, it did the job intended. Will recommend it to anyone that need help with there Window's 10 computer.

I purchase an account & password to WHAT?
When you go to Microsoft to download Microsoft 365, you have to pick a plan before you can download????
I will be stopping payment if you cannot provide a link to download Microsoft 365 without having to pay for it????

I can’t even use your product and when I try to reach out it says email isn’t valid this is fraud and poor customer service
