I really like Max's style. Down to earth and explains the science and psychology behind the dogs behaviour. This helps me to learn about my dog and how I csn learn along wirh my dog. I absolutely love this style of teaching. The beginning 3 lesson series are jam packed with things I needed to know before I start trying to train my dog. Max just says it like it is. Now p u s s y footing around. Direct and clear. I went through so many trainers and most never once mentioned the science and psychology behind my dogs actions. Great e perfect so far. Very happy with my choice to work with Mac

Brilliant Advice
Really pleased I signed up to MK9 plus, so much information and Max really understands dogs and the different characteristics of the breeds. The personalised email responses are great too. Highly recommended.

We got a new puppy and we got many things wrong and even caused resource gaurding from following what others said to us that had dogs in the past. After watching Max’s videos we shifted our whole approach and the resource gaurding has almost gone.
Also operant conditioning has helped us to teach our spaniel lots of pointless tricks and she loves it 😀

I’ve found this whole experience really exciting. Max’s modern way of looking at training a dog is great. I’ve tried different things with my dog from obedience classes to trick training and this just feel like it’s really compassionate and caring to the dog while still getting the results you want . At the end of the day it makes sense , if your dog is happy and having its needs all met . It will want to respond well to you ,your bond will grow and they will learn much faster . What ever your dog is like I’m sure you will see them grow in confidence and become happier using some of these methods. I don’t think it’s just for dogs with behaviour problems. My dog didn’t have behaviour problems I just wanted to learn how to find new ways to make her life more enjoyable for her . She has taken to all the games like a duck to water . Thank you so much . I’m sure it’s made a difference

Max is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. The videos are a great length to just be able to watch one here and there and not take up alot of your time. Easy to spread out over the course of the day or the week. The app is simple to use too.

Me and Darcy (my cockapoo) are enjoying our learning journey and it’s really helping me understand Darcy more and strengthening our bond. I am looking forward to getting stuck into the next section and seeing what else I am yet to learn.

Would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking to understand their dog more and not just focusing on quick fixes that won’t last the long term

I’m so glad I joined. We’ve been going to trainers for years but haven't gotten to where we would like to be. Now I have confidence that we will! This program is what every dog parent needs. It will help you to understand your dog, meet their needs, and teaches positive reinforcement training. It’s the full package!

Honestly finding this course was a game changer for me and my adolescent Ridgeback! He is now calmar and I am infinitely more confident in giving him what he needs to thrive. It is a journey but before this course we were at a standstill and now I see steady progress with each day that goes by!

I'm hooked!! Website is laid out really well, it's so easy to use and love the way continuity flows from one video to the next as you can easily find the training videos you need.
The videos are brilliant and feel that Max is talking to you directly. Max is very knowledgeable, good fun and gives you so much information, Ive learnt so much already and found this platform to be so much more than training.

I love Max's videos! So useful! I have learnt so much about dogs since subscribing to his app. I feel the knowledge he provides is essential for any dog owner. He also provided useful personal advice via email which gave me the confidence to know I am on the right lines in managing my dog's reactive behaviour. Would definitely recommend.

Comprehensive range of videos covering any topic you might want. Sensible, practical advice which also explains the “why”. Some are slightly longer than need to be for the material but are easy watching. Been helpful when setting out with new puppy.

Max has given me a whole new outlook on ‘dog training’ and I can’t express my gratitude enough! My dogs are my life, and now I feel I can really genuinely enrich their lives as much as they do mine!

I have not joined for very long and the videos have already made a big difference to me and my 2 collies. They are easy to watch and understand and have completely changed my mindset and understanding of my dogs. Maxs videos make me feel like we are sitting at home, he speaks plainly and to me makes alot of sense. It has changed the way I am with my dog and can read them much easier now.

So much more than training, I now have a much deeper understanding of what my dog needs. instead of just dealing with issues as they arise I have a plan for her days to keep her calm and satisfied. I am someone who likes to understand why and thus has taught me so much.
