I was really regretting getting my puppy. I loved her and hated her too. She wasn’t sleeping, walks were a constant battle, she was biting me constantly. Then I discovered MK9Plus on Instagram. I signed up for the free 7 week trial with weekly emails with training videos. He started making so much sense. I tried some of his tips and suggestions. They worked! My husband and I watched a webinar he did where you could ask questions and afterwards he was doing a discount on the yearly subscription to his training courses but then he offered a lifetime subscription for a one time fee of just £340. We had just dropped £200 on a supposed trainer who spent 6 weeks teaching us absolutely nothing. Max’s way of teaching is so concise, so informed, and so practical. And he LOVES dogs. No training tools just a common sense approach that helps you become the human your dog dreams of. He has studied the science of their brains and how they work so you can give them the enrichment they need. Don’t de-dog your dog is his motto and it has changed my whole relationship already and I am only partway through. I’ve learned so much about my dog. Thank you, Max!!

Max Randell opened my eyes about the dog and the live style he/she needs in general - breed specific- to overcome certain behaviours. And only training curtain issues does not work on the long run as the reason for the behaviour is often forgotten to not worked on.

Finally a dog trainer who knows what he is talking about - gives the opportunity to realy understand your dog (and sometimes even yourself :-) !) - who is positive, realy loves dogs - give you all possibility to train and understand your dog at a reasonable price - lots of information - continued knew uploads . possibility to ask questions - I wish I found this site some years earlier. Please - do follow the 3 foundation lessons to start with - it gives you incredable information and after that you can also look for problem solving items. Gives very good advice. So: if you realy love your dog(s) and want to give them a good life this is the best site !!!! PS I have had dogs all my life - have trained with my dogs and thought I knew how to handle them. But here I found finaly the answers on how to deal with the challenges with my 2 (lovely) rescue dogs.

Wish we had used Max before paying out 2 lots of money for dog training. Over £1000. Easy to use and can look up where we are going wrong with our Pyrenean Mountain dog. These dogs are very hard to train. Our third one but this time has become a battle of wills.

Very usefull lessons for me and my dog. Max is a great trainer and he does not beat around the bush. We learned a lot from him and now I understand my dog a lot better.

We're watching a video a day and loving the results. Max is fun to watch, and we love the treat of a blooper or something at the end. While we're doing a lot right already, we're getting ideas on how to improve and understand our dogs better.

Max’s videos and app have been amazing! I realised that what I was doing was the problem, not my poor dog. I’m learning so much and I’m already seeing changes in Sonny, lead pulling has reduced, his reactivity and frustrations are reducing too.

I’m also focusing on breed specific training / enrichments after watching the videos and he’s taken to the retrieving dummy really well.

Love that you tell us. It takes work to have a dag. All the life of the dog.

Great information given and lots of examples and practical applications. Have started to gain a better understanding of my dog and how better to communicate and give my dog what he needs.

Even though MK9Plus training is online Max chats away as if he's with you in person, he explains everything well, with patience and is easy to understand. A great bonus is being able to email Max if you're unsure or for advice more specifically for your own dog and he responds in good time which is so useful.

I thought I knew a lot about nervous rescues and how to manage their needs until our current dog who is above and beyond! Max gives so many useful tips which have really made a difference and I've learned so much more.

Would not hesitate to recommend this.

I like the message being given, but there's too much 'infill'. You have to watch so many videos before you start to get to the nitty gritty of what to do with your dog. Hours of watching the purchase and decoration of new premises, hearing numerous times what was done with Hugo etc - I just don't have the time or inclination to cope with all that. I have taken some useful tips on board, but I still haven't found the crucial bits I need for my over excited rescue collie. Hopefully I will eventually before it's too late! In the end, I tried jumping ahead but found it difficult to locate relevant videos. I've paid the money so will probably persevere, but have found better tips elsewhere for free.

Very informative information and has helped my Kelpie cross Collie massively already.
