We had an engineer come today to carry out the connection and change over of our house to full fibre internet.
He spoke to us to determine the routing that worked best for us and explained any limitations excellently. The change over was smooth.
The job is neat and tidy.
A very good experience.

I had Anoop Johal visit my home this week from MJ Quinn, and to say that I was very impressed with his workmanship, and customer care, is almost an understatement. He found a solution to a problem without causing any further inconvenience, whilst efficiently installing the fibre Internet connection as arranged. He seemed genuinely focused on doing a thoroughly professional job, and represented himself and his employers in a very positive light.

Mishal Tariq came to my property this morning to install full fibre, very polite young man, explained everything to me and answered all my questions a good job done.

A BT Engineer called Brandon re a faulty line. He was efficient, so polite and unbelievably helpful.

Not what went wrong more like what went right? The engineer failed to turn up. No one contacted us to tell us or apologise. When I spoke to the office the 'manager' was not interested and the buck was passed to the service provider. I asked for someone to get back to me and, as expected, no one has. Appalling service,

Delightful young man came to install the wiring and fixed my internet really quickly. Even though the access was not easy. Very pleasant experience. Filip was an excellent ambassador for your business.

Mohammed Haroon has visited today to set up my full fibre router. I am so impressed with this young man. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in every way. He takes his job very seriously and goes out of his way to please his customers. A real hardworking and ambitious young man man, a credit to MJ Quinn. He is the face of your organisation and he is exemplary.

MJ Quinn engineer came today to install a fibre cable on behalf of Vodafone. I showed the engineer where I wanted the cable installed in the wall studding where the original bt cable is and he said he would have a look in the attic to gind the cable. He said it was tight to use has a fish wire but he had some rods he could push up into the attic which he did, then removed the old bt cable and installed the new fibre one, all connected and waited for router and new connection box to update, he removed all his waste and tools. I didn't ask to find out his name but I was more than happy with his work and would recommend this company. Bryan Kingswinford.

Andrew Bamber was the lead engineer on the installation and was extremely professional, courteous and an excellent ambassador for the company. Took time to explain what was involved and listened to my needs and suggestions. So good to have someone like Andrew involved, reassuring the customer throughout the installation with his approach. 👍

Very helpfull.

Two stars only for connecting the fibre cable at the telegraph pole. The rest of the install was a very poor experience. The so called technician was negative from the moment he arrived and everything seemed too much trouble like he just couldn't be bothered. Multiple times he shouted me to tell me there was a problem only for me to fix it in seconds. One of those times he was trying to plug the 13 amp router plug upside down!! Then he said he couldn't connect the phone because he needed an adaptor which was staring him in the face in the box the router had come in. When he had finally finished, he left a pile of brand new fibre cable that could have been used on another job and allnof his rubbish at the side of the house for me to clear away. I found chunks of brick that he had broken off whilst drilling the wall to secure his ladders and he screwed the cable anchor to my wooden fascia instead of the brick as I assume he couldn't be bothered to drill the wall again. Finally he left the old copper wire up so I now have 2 cables running to the house from the telegraph pole.
