Incredible service !! I was sent back my work several times to correct certain issues with the print margins, always with helpful advices and the page number related to the issue ! The printing started fast and the package arrived 10 days before the announced shipping date ! The product's quality is incredible, very much worth every penny spent !!

process was straight forward and guidelines and setting up print files was very helpful. a final warning "have you done a final editorial check" would have been useful, in my case.

Delivery was delayed - although address was a postal code, the home address was also in address for courier to deliver to.

Only issue I saw was that the elastic bands put small dents in the books. I wouldn't use them in the future.

Your delivery time was excellent. Quality fabulous and the price was reasonable. Always a patient person to chat with.

The spine part needed a bit more explanation. I wanted to just type the title but I did not see that option.

Very happy with the product received and all the info online to help guide us through the process. Timelines were accurate and we received the book exactly when the estimated time suggested we would, which was great given the tight timeframe I was on. I had some issues getting the artwork to upload to the site, even after reading all the directions and following them exactly. I ended up leaving it for a few hours, coming back to it later and reattempting the upload a few times before it finally stuck. This is the one reason I dropped a start off the rating. I used the online chat help function, which was very helpful through this troubleshooting process, to at least assure me that I had done everything properly. . . But it would be great if it wasn’t glitchy like that. Everything else was wonderful.

I have found the quality to be very poor.
I have done numerous yearbooks through mixbook abd the photo quality comes out great.
The photos are blurry and there was no warning about it.
I fixed the photos they said were not going to print well. Had no notification about all the other photos potentially having a problem.
Not super impressed but I guess you get what you pay for.

The book looked exactly like I had prepared it on my computer. The turn around time to when I had the actual book in my hands was very quick. The whole process was easy for a not very techy person to do.

Reliable and on time. Quality product. I was very happy with my books. I liked that Mixam checked about possible errors with photos. If you have questions it is best to phone. The chat isn’t anywhere’s good as the humans that I spoke to. I highly recommend and would use again! Thanks Mixam

I had a great overall experience with Mixam. This was my first time using their printing service, and I ordered custom notebooks. Each spread displays the seven days of the week, with the week starting on Monday instead of the more common Sunday. The notebooks are intentionally simple—they're not full planners, as each day only includes a to-do list, which is exactly the design I wanted.

From the moment I visited the website, I was impressed. The images showcased the print quality well and gave me confidence in the final product. The website was easy to navigate, and uploading my files was straightforward. Once my PDFs were uploaded, making edits in the application was also simple and intuitive.

I did encounter a couple of very minor issues with how my PDFs were processed. On one page, a rounded rectangle was converted into a regular rectangle. On a few other pages, some text was shifted to random locations during the PDF conversion. Fortunately, re-uploading those pages fixed the issue, and the text appeared in the correct position.

Other than those small hiccups, everything went smoothly. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and would definitely use Mixam again for future printing projects.

I've used Mixam for multiple print projects, each time they check in to make sure everything looks correct in proof. I've even received a courtesy call to make sure corrections they made for me were correct. 100% will be using them in the future for a much larger scale product.

Mixam delivered the books ahead of time. That helped me meet a deadline. The books are beautiful.

Absolutely awful. My photo book was clearly not checked before shipping - all the text was missing, photographs were missing, or cropped, or in the wrong place, the design was scrambled, the whole thing was completely unreadable and unusable. I will now have to redesign the entire book from scratch, and am frankly very hesitant to entrust my work to Mixam again.

As a designer with 30 years experience, I’m able to take care of print jobs myself. Mixam’s online system is awesome—from getting accurate quotes, setting up the files, paying for the order, and organizing delivery! The end product was exactly what I ordered. I was creating a 124-page perfect bound magazine, so I order one copy mid-design to see what the end product would look and feel like. Of course the one magazine cost 3x the price of a single magazine from the final print run (qty 128 magazines), but that’s how it works—the more you print, the lower the cost per. Not only was the quality consistent and exactly as expected, the price was so reasonable and everything was delivered on time! 5 STAR rating well deserved and I’ll definitely be using Mixam again!!!

I'm incredibly happy by the print quality and prices offered by Mixam. I also really appreciate the pretty quick customer service responses from real people. Shipping was also really quick. Will absolutely print with Mixam again!
