I have struggled with chronic pain for the past few years and kratom has been a life saver for me. Unfortunately I struggle to find extract here in Canada so I found this website. I wish I would have looked over the reviews. The 50x extract I ordered was extremely disappointing. I spent $150 on what tastes like sawdust, it's brown and has absolutely no effect whatsoever.

I've been using this website for almost 10 years now. I stopped for a while (almost 2 years) because I found a shop down the street who would do bulk deals and it was just easier. I decided to give them a try again and it was a very blatant reminder why I used them in the first place. Quality is absolutely top notch. They have a great loyalty program and I haven't paid for shipping from them in YEARS. they ship same day and while it's ultimately up to the postal carrier, I almost always get my deliveries within 2 business days using the free shipping I receive as a loyalty member. I've had issues with delivery in the past (not the websites fault,) and they've sent me full replacements on relatively large orders without any hassle.

I always order their bulk powders and don't have experience with tablets, capsules, or extracts from the site. That being said, I've been a daily kratom user for 10+ years and I've tried probably hundreds of different products from different brands and different vendors both online and brick and mortar and I can say, without a doubt, mitragaia has the highest quality kratom you can expect from premium vendors and their customer service is always so helpful and efficient.

I have ordered from MITRAGAIA on several occasions. They DO NOT CARE about CUSTOMER SERVICE- I SWEAR that everyone of their bags Is filled w THE SAME POWDER; then they mari The bag as WHATEVER! NO RETURNS ON ANYTHING OPENED/SLOW DELIVERY/ THEY HAVE NO 3rd party TESTING-NO TESTING/ BAG STATES "NO DIRECTION FOR USE!"/.......MITRAGAIA JUST SUCKS. DONT WASTE UR $$$$$$! COREY

I’ve been ordering from here for 8+ years. Never a negative experience & the quality of their product is so much better than any other site or vendor I’ve tried. I’ve tried so many over the years due to my chronic pain. Kratom gave me my life back & I cannot say enough good about Mitragaia. Customer service, I’ve had a couple of questions over the years & my answers came quickly.

Seriously the best company to buy kratom from. Shipments take a bit longer than they used to since they started shipping from Las Vegas. It used to be two days from Florida up here to me in NY.... now is usually 3, sometimes 4 days. Free shipping to V.I.P. customers.
Their strains are consistent and potent. Their customer service dept is responsive and solves problems usually within 48 hours.
I have tried at least a dozen of their competitiors- unless something starts going sideways from their past performances, I couldn't imagine not remaining a loyal customer,

Their customer service department is INCREDIBLE, they couldn't do enough to fix my problem..and it was a mistake on my part. More importantly the KRATOM is incredible too. We've been with them for 7 years. You won't be sorry!!

Purchased their most expensive extract a week ago. Was very underwhelmed. But they do have a good website, lol.

They've sent me the wrong kilo fo kratom twice now. I order white and they send me red. I send pictures and all they do is say "well send it back in it's original packaging and we'll go from there". First time shame on them second time never again with these uncaring. Didn't offer any compensation nor would discuss resolution outsdie fo their terms which are for me to return all the stuff back to them in original packaging on my dime and then they'll talk. Even after my pictures proved they send the wrong stuff. Don't waste your money or time dealing with such ungrateful vendors.

Best current place for consistent, high quality kratom in my personal opinion. Also amazing customer service and points system.

I’ve ordered many different strains/variants over the last 3 years. The whites gave energy, reds relaxing, green was a mix. In the last 6 months there is no difference, they’re the same colored powder and literally can’t feel anything. No energy, no pain or anxiety relief, not even sedating. I even tried 15 grams.. nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, the powder/company is a total scam now, with tons of fake reviews.

I've been buying from them since 2017. Orders are prompt. Product is top notch. Price is great. Customer service is better than any. They are on it when you email or Facebook them. I know a couple tears ago they had maybe 2,200 on facebook and now around 25k. That doesn't happen by accident. It happens from all the above. They will always have my business.

Fake scam powder do not order from here tasteless powder with no effects

They saved my life. I’m no longer on Pain meds. They have given an inexpensive yet amazing Kratom product. You also get reward points, can use discount codes, and they have regular sales! It’s already a great price. I specifically use White md and Bali gold. I make them into capsules myself at home. I thought I was going to be suffering the rest of my life, I hated the judgmental feeling my doctors would give for being young and in pain. They thought I was a drug seeker. “You are too young to be in pain” seriously? I had Cancer (Leukemia) when I was 4, am I too young for that too? I was able to cut out pain management all together because of Mitria Gaia. I feel way better on Kratom, my pain is controlled and my mental health is better.

MitraGaia powder is premium, customer service is exceptional, fastest shipping- usually arrives the day after I order!! July 2018 was the first time I ordered, and the 5th company I sampled. I was very impressed with selection, and they have awesome deals regularly, which has allowed me to sample a LOT of different varieties. I am now a loyal customer, and wished I would have tried them FIRST. Excellent, extra fine, CLEAN, fresh powder, outstanding customer service, amazing sales which has saved me a lot, and allowed me to explore many varieties!

Do not buy kratom from this vendor! It had no effect and I got sick after using. If you look at their lab reports, they are 2 years old. They do not accept open package returns. Why would I want a replacement of this dangerous garbage?!

So, after reading all these reviews I have to say that unfortunately I will not becoming a customer of this company. All the texts are pretty much the same in context. 'No good' is what I gathered out of all the reviews. I also noticed that the company did not offer any response to the so many negative comments. If a company is worth while it would, I presume, stand up for itself if these negative comments were coming in. But no words of defense seen here.

First couple times I ordered were great. I've had an order literally lost in limbo.. somehow hitting Guam before disappearing back into limbo.. and weeks later still haven't received anything. I take kratom regularly and had to completely replan to avoid feeling horrible. I still haven't received the kilo I ordered. Would be nice if weeks later being strung along with little tracking updates affirming that it's arriving late, I could get a refund or if an employee could actually locate the product I ordered. This has been a complet nightmare, order at your own risk. Scam

I have been using Mitragaia for over 2 years at this point, and the quality has declined over time. Occasionally I get a nice 250g bag or two, however, this last time leads to my departure from their products. I ordered a Kilo as they were on sale for $80, had a great product come in earlier last month, and I was excited. This stuff is hardly Kratom, its brown (odd for a white vein...) its grainy as hell, far from the powder they used to provide, and it is absent from any effects. Im tired of the lack of consistency and will happily pay more from the multitude of other vendors at this point. 1/4 of a Kilo of quality for a premium far exceeds 1 kilo of garbage for cheap. To top it all off, they don't seem to care about maintaining their base of righting any errors, open bags don't qualify for returns (How else would you know if you bought something good or not?) A friend of mine echos these same concerns so I know Im not alone. I know batches can very, but good god, not this frequently, and sell your strains that match the color they're SUPPOSED TO BE...

I had a few mediocre orders. Gas station kratom was always much better but at least mitragaia was fast and cheap. This last order wasn’t even kratom. It had no effect and what do you know? you can’t return it for anything but store credit. I won’t even use that store credit because I don’t want to risk ingesting whatever illness causing substances they are sending out. The last Red Maeng Da capsules I ordered literally made me ill and didn’t not seem to be kratom at all. I’ve used kratom for 7 years. What they sent was not kratom. If they actually tested their product, they would know that. The packaged is misleading and lies about the quality and alkaloid content. One spoonful of gas station kratom did the trick though. Please do not use this company. They are no good.
